Very very slow system and customer service. They nake you fill out non need info on there own paper

Ive been going here for awhile for multiple shipment needs. Amazon returns was one of them. I just got turned away and referred somewhere else for that. I dont see any posted policy changes. I wont be returning to this store anytime soon.

The owner is very nice and friendly. Other associates are very slow and rude, owner loosing customer because of his sales associates. Specially the lady doing notary service, she is horrible.

Item got destroyed on delivery. Refused to refund value stating they did not have to because fed ex was in charge of that. Yet they were the ones who packed it and sent it out. Tattooed kids doing packaging in back. Poorly done. certified but cant prove it. Embarrassed when Sam himself made me a promise then failed to follow through on a refund of damage.

Horrible customer service. The manager is unprofessional and its managenent is basically one inept person. The people who write good reviews just deal with them for something small. They are very unprofessional if you happen to have a problem.
