M & Em Homes, LLC is a small Real Estate Development company working primarily in the Madera Ranchos area developing single Family homes. We worked with Soar Environment Consulting to support an application with the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE). The property we are developing contains a Blue-Line stream so Madera County requested formal approval from USACE to proceed with the project. The process is complicated and we reached out to multiple firms for support. Soar stood out from the others because they took the time to explain the complexities of the application, risks and potential paths forward. After quite a few discussions, we decided to proceed with a Preliminary Jurisdictional Delineation (PJD) report and work associated with developing its content. Soar was able to set expectations with us and always met or exceeded those expectations throughout the process. In the end, it took several meetings between Soar and USACE to come to agreement on the final report. Soars fees are very reasonable considering the level of service, dedication and drive one receives as a client.
