They were nice at first but then my phone would start glitching and freezing up out of no where!!! Also I have a white spot on my screen from them… Highly don’t recommend

The customer service was quick, easy and simple. They have a really good quality screen protector, i had mine for almost 6 months and not a single scratch has been on my phone or screen protector. They also love to work with you and the prices of the items they sell. I would more than likely go there again if i need any case or screen protector

Went to this store today because I was not happy with the product. The supervisor who has broken English was extremely rude an disrespectful an he told me I either find another cause or keep what I got but I was not getting my money back! Dont shop here they are a RIP OFF!!!

@ jamie Ramirez & @ tony metal art polishing i work in the kiosk next door and im sure your receipt clearly says no refunds but let me start off here obviously its not their fault you dont know what your wife wants since you bought the wrong case for her so there was no need to get so aggressive with the employees trying to trow a cup of soda at them.. there was nothing wrong with the case the only problem was that YOU got the wrong color for your wife and its also not their fault if you didnt see their sign next to their register and on your receipt that says no refunds ..obviously there is something wrong with your eyes .. and heres a a tip for next time, you should look at the reviews BEFORE making a purchase not after

Honestly, if I could, I would give these jerks no stars. Theyre incredibly rude, and broke my roommates phone more than they fixed it. She took it to them with a broken screen and they fixed it, however, they ruined the camera, did something to cause it to overheat, as well as made the phone unable to make phone calls. I went back with her the next day, and she spoke to the manager who continued to harass her and accuse her of lying, all while making a scene in the mall. Finally, after being over charged, and harassed, he agreed to let a buddy of his fix her phone, but not before being so unbelievably rude, and acting like doing his job was such a huge burden on him. In the end he refused to give her any kind of compensation and said she could have a phone case. I highly recommend staying as far away from these people as possible. They will rip you off, and refuse to compensate, all while harassing you at the same time.
