Made an order for my business and was denied my order when I arrived. Was told that because of Covid I needed to arrive “early” in order to receive the product, nowhere on any confirmation email was I told this. I drove an hour each way for nothing. Requested a refund and will not purchase again nor recommend to anyone else . I also have a friend who does business here who will no longer be purchasing due to the rude customer service and arbitrary behavior of the staff.
