After 21 days on the Creek Fire we were taking 2 days off in Fresno. I called countless places that turned us down for a full service on our Wildland fire engine. I called RDM and they immediately put us at the front of the long line of trucks stacked up in their yard. They not only hooked us up with everything we asked but they went over the truck and found several things that would of had us on the side of the road real fast. Their attention to detail was a refreshing change and I was absolutely impressed by their willingness to work with our schedule. They even took the time to wash our truck! I am so Greatful to have been Passing by. Got a check engine light this morning, And not many Volvo mechanics here in CA besides the dealer. Derek got us in and the Mechanics got us out in less than 1.5 hour. I am extremely thankful for the Prompt changing of my Sensor.

Waste of time, I checked in with the lady at the counter after 1 & 1/2 hour I asked her how long it’s gonna take to start working on my truck & you know what she told me oh I got distracted ( probably by her cell phone ) . & then she told me oh just wait 10 more minutes someone will b with you shortly after 30 minutes nobody show up & of course I had to leave bcz my log book is running.Basically some people don’t value other people timeThanks RDM for wasting my 2 hours for nothing.

These guys are legit. With an Ill change they take care of the rest of the fluids along with a 22 point inspection so you can drive off the lot confident or at least knowing exactly what you can get away with until your next oil change. They do solid work and wont be going anywhere else as long as Fresno is my base
