This place did a fantastic job on my credit . I had collection accounts that went away in a matter of 2 months with the help of the professional staff at J.L Taylor & Associates. . My score is now at 770 FICO. Very happy guys.......

Worst experience and very bad customer service. Jennifer was very convincing and helpful in the beginning. Once fees were paid, her and her office stopped requesting documents and stopped contact completely. Signed with her October 2017, everytime we called the office she was out or in a meeting or out of town. Finally got a hold of her, almost a year later, requested a refund of fees paid. She says Im not eligible for a refund and if we wanted her to continue to look over our files it was going to be another $600! How does she want to charge another fee on top of the $2500 already paid for services she never provided. She makes empty promises and takes your money. Steer clear from this place. Hope you feel good about your self in taking our familys money and leaving us high and dry Jennifer. Con artist!

I been working with them since three years now. They were very fast acting when I started with them, but now they it seems like they don’t care. Called so many time, did get good response. Not really happy with their service . When Jennifer was working there herself, got better results but now I didn’t see any progress in my credit report. All the items came back on my credit report again, had to pay her again to get them removed
