We ordered an entertainment center from Home Depot. The website said it would be delivered on Monday. It is Friday and I still have not received my package. I reached out to Amazon, who called TForce for me, and they did not answer. I called personally and they did not answer. I emailed and no one answered. I have no idea where my package is and I am so fed up. This company is absolute garbage

Tforce customer support can’t even get these guys on the phone. Package was suppose to be here on 4/7, then it changed to 4/12, now it’s 4/14 and it’s been a week since anyone has been able to contact the warehouse. I received an email on 4/13 that it would be delivered on 4/13 but to keep in mind that was only an estimate. How can you send an email on a day that it will be there on that day and say it’s an estimate?

I was called by the delivery man (EZ) and given a 2 hour window for delivery. He came within the specified time, rang my doorbell, identified himself, and unloaded the 9 shelving units we purchased from Home Depot with a good attitude and professionalism. We appreciated his friendly service!

I sadly join the people for late/missing deliver items. Was supposed to get my order on the 23rd never came, 1 day later they update it to the 31st. Still no package. I wish I knew about this before ordering my Workbench on Home Depot online. Never use home depot home delivery option as long as they use this company. They dont update the tracking status till a day or week after it happen. Im afraid I will never get workbench or my $500 back. I just cant fathom why home depot uses this company. I have also sent 3 emails and not one response from them yet.

I order a refrigerator from Home Depot. Sadly they used this company. My item is marked delivered on Aug 28. No item was delivered. I continuously checked the status all weekend (Aug 28 - Sept 1) it did not say delivered.I checked it this morning (Sept 2) and it said it was delivered on Aug 28. This company sucks. I don’t know if it is just the Fresno office that has poor service but I definitely will not be ordering from Home Depot again in fear that they will use this company for their deliveries in the future.Update: 09/02/2020 (same day) and after the owner left a comment down below.I received an email telling me my item is delivered. I called them and customer service is telling me the same thing. The item was delivered on Aug 28 in front of the garage. We don’t have a garage! 8/31/2020,regardless of other T-Forcereviews on this site,I’m grateful to T-Force for delivering TWO Milwaukee 61 inch 9 drawers for tools workbench with a backboard in mint condition 600 pounds each.These TWO beasts were a challenge no doubt.My prayer was answered via T-Force.In my opinion, T-Force Fresno is most superb hands down Bar-None.Thank you very much. > : - )

Driver claimed no one was at delivery address when attempt was made, complete lie. So I called customer service and the lady whom I was talking to actually HUNG UP on me! I really hope I get my delivery tomorrow or I will cancel my order. Hate for the shop to lose out due to the horrible choice of delivery service. **** Order # 129966632-001. I called in again after a 2nd notification stating same excuse, I personally was around all day watching and waiting and no one ever attempted again. Was hung up on again on and finally someone stayed on the line. He was not able to reach the driver so hoping it shows up today.

My package was scheduled for the 17th was changed to the 18th was changed to the 26th and now says the 20th that is today for me. I wont be home today and I need to be home to let them on the property. No way to contact shipping company, website and phone # are useless for shipments and this is a main part of their company. TForce is an absolute nightmare. Like everyone else, I ordered a large, 154 lb. fireplace TV stand and they claim to have delivered it to my front door when three people were home and the motion camera system armed. There was no advance phone call and absolutely no delivery attempt made. Home Depot is attempting to remove themselves from my missing item by saying its TForces problem. Well, as their agent, it is absolutely Home Depots problem. Paypal dispute center is waiting for Home Depot to make a move and Home Depot is waiting to hear anything from this nightmare company.I will NEVER order anything online from Home Depot ago. Such a waste of lifeforce.

TForce Logistics was tasked with delivering a large item my husband and I ordered from Home Depot on Dec 30th. It was expected to be delivered by January 5th. Home Depot logged the status of the delivery to TForce. Home depot delivered to TForce which they have documentation and proof of delivery and a TForce Rep called my husband to let him know that theyll need to reschedule the delivery. My husband let them know that the 14th of January would work. TForce updated the system that it would be delivered by the 14th (which is reflected on their tracking system and home depots tracking system). On the 14th, it was not delivered. My husband called TForce that evening and they claimed they never received the product although the tracking system says they did receive it and even noted that it was a 110lb product. My husband called Home Depot about the issue. Home Deport called TForce, TForce claimed they never received it despite documentation and evidence from Home Depot of the delivery to their center. We were told to wait the 5 day grace period just in case a delivery would be made. We called Home Depot again today (18th) to let them know still nothing had shown up. Home Depot said theyll refund our funds, but that theyll be launching an investigation into this with TForce.Not sure why Home Depot partners with this company since they dont seem competent enough to deliver consumers products.

I placed an order from Home Depot, order#WM21521450 on October 25th. It was a fridge. Home Depot website says it should be delivered by November 6th. I called on November 9th TForce Logistics, who apparently is in the Philippines, and they said I will send an email, check back in 24 hours. I waited until November 12th, and the rep said I will send an email, check back in 24 hours. At this point, I asked for a supervisor and was told that a supervisor is not available. The TForce tracking number is #100000226900. This is simply unorganized and terrible customer service. Shame on Home Depot for using Tforce Logistics and shame on TForce logistics for lack of professionalism and customer service. Dont shop online at Home Depot and do not use TForce Logistics.

2nd time now that a Home Depot order sits in their warehouse for more then 3 weeks. They wait until they have a full truck to drive it in any given direction. Phone support is no help either, they are on a different planet and have no clue what is going on.

Update: Merchandise was delivered. The delivery driver was professional. Returning emails would have gone a long way in increasing customer satisfaction. I added another star. Glad this is over.Does not respond to my emails. Claims to not have received my order. Took a long time to answer the phone. Told to contact Homedepot. Homedepot tells me my order should have been delivered on the 10th and then again the 16th. Im stuck in a loop . This is a nightmare.

SCAM ALERT!!! They deserve negative stars!!! They NEVER delivered our item. There are multiple discrepancies in logged delivery times.CURRENT SITUATION: Tforce claims they delivered our Table saw at 3:15pm, 5:30pm, 9:00pm and 10:30pm on June 27, 2020. We still do not have our Table Saw and in the hole almost $300 for an item never received.We ordered a Table Saw from Home Depot for delivery between 6:00am and 8:00pm on June 27, 2020. My husband and I were home all day. We had another delivery from Amazon without problems. However, no delivery from Tforce ever came. We checked with our neighbors in case it was delivered to a wrong house, but it was not.Tforce did not provide tracking information to us as a customer. All we can see is delivered time and date. We had to retrieve information from Home Depot customer service for tracking details which revealed the discrepant recorded delivery times.This company listed our Table Saw as delivered at 3:15pm on June 27, 2020 before they even arrived at Home Depot in Visalia, CA at 6:00pm to pick up the item. I would not recommend buying anything from Home Depot as long as it continues to use this company as its local delivery vendor. TForce received my purchase on Thurs with a scheduled delivery date on Fri. It is now Tues and I have yet to hear anything from them. Their phone just rings until it hangs up. Home Depot had no luck reaching them either.

I requested next day delivery with Amazon. Looked at the update and it said guaranteed by 9pm delivery. I was getting ready to leave the house so I called TForce to see when my package was going to be delivered. The driver called me back five minutes later and explained to me the night shift picks up their boxes around 5 PM and they are numbered and routed out ahead of time, according to his route my address was at the end so it would be close to 9. He offered to either hide it or put it over my back fence if I wasnt there. I think it was impeccable customer service. I am one happy customer

If there was a way to place a ZERO star I would! We ordered a worksite table saw from Home Depot and the tracking was right on (all the way down to which trailers it was scanned on along its journey to here) until SAIA Transportation left it with tforce to deliver the final miles to our home. SAIAs paper trail is correct! ( My Wife and I have driven trucks for the past 10 years and have picked up and delivered for them before, and know they are on top of their end of things!) Tforce has it listed as Delivered on the 12th... we have a ring doorbell camera and were here the entire day.... No saw delivery! I called Home Depot and they are trying to help sort it all out. Tforce said it hasnt been scanned and that they are still waiting for Home Depot to give them the package to deliver... ( but it has been scanned as DELIVERED on the 12th by Tforce Logistics) something is terribly wrong with how they conduct business. When you call, you can barely understand the person on the phone and she said she looked up the tracking number, well if you actually looked it up it would have shown that it was dropped off at their facility from SAIA for final delivery. I really do believe they are crooks and someone there has our table saw at THEIR house using it!!! Never again will we ever order anything that has them attached in anyway for delivery!

This company deserves all of its negative reviews. My package was marked delivered on Saturday and wasnt actually delivered until Monday, to the wrong house on the complete other side of our neighborhood, despite having the correct delivery address clearly marked on it. Luckily our neighbor was honest and made the trip across the neighborhood to bring it to us, but I got no assistance trying to contact the company. All I received were automated email replies and no follow up. Incredibly disappointed amazon would use such a low quality service.

There horrible. delivery was for Wednesday that is now Friday. I called they said driver is not going to deliver your order. Tuesday it will be there No Saturday or even Monday. If I order something again and there the carrier I will not orde . Horrible customer service. I asked if they could get me in contact with someone, about me picking it up. No answer. I was put on hold after awhile they just hung up on me.

My package was delivered to the wrong apartment but customer service was very helpful. was helped by a gentleman named Melvin thanks a lot for helping me out the drivers were also very friendly and very polite and went back to where they delivered my package got it back and brought it to me.kind of a scary Experience but I’m glad everything went smoothly thank you!

I wish I had the option of 0 stars.They were unable to deliver my package to the UPS store (I pay for a mailbox so my deliveries go there instead of my front porch) because they arrived after hours on a Friday. Sounds reasonable. Not a big deal except the package was not sent out the next morning for delivery either. I got notification from Amazon to contact the service they use for local same day deliveries, so I did. When I managed through their automated system, I spoke with a male voice that was extremely rude. He was trying to place blame on the UPS store and kept questioning ME about the hours of operation saying How can we deliver if YOU dont know when they close. I had already given him the tracking number. I just wanted to know where my package was and when to expect it. I finally said that I just wanted my package! After what had been a very frustrating call because they were offering NO information or solution. The final straw was when he hung up on me!I quickly got a call from them. This time the guy was at least attempting to resolve the issues. He agreed that it should have been sent out again and did not know why it hadnt been. He offered the option of me going to their business to pick it up which is not what I paid for. The final solution he offered was for it to be delivered possibly Monday. I let him know that this level of customer service was NOT Amazon quality.Side-note: I did call Amazon. They were apologetic and acknowledged the level of bad customer service I received. Maybe if enough people speak up, these guys will no longer be contracted with Amazon and be forced to eliminate people who are unwilling to help customers and build up their own customer service to stay in business.

A T-Force driver actually moved a barricade at my kids school to drive the wrong way on a one-way access road nearly hitting a kid. When I complained to him he said that he did not see the barricade (that he moved) and he did not have time to discuss this issue.T-Force is a major local delivery service for Amazon in this area. For that safety of our children please call Amazon and ask that none of your packages be delivered from T-Force anymore.Their drivers are all subcontractors and if T-Force does not want to take responsibility for their subcontractors, we as the consumers can do so with Amazon.Follow the rules or be replaced by another company that will. Yelp how can I give NO stars?

I ordered a Nintendo Switch on Thursday 11/22/18 thru Amazon and according to Amazon it was supposed to be delivered by 9PM on Friday 11/23/18. Item never arrived and I contacted the carrier via email and all I get are emails stating that they are researching my case and will get back to me shortly. I dont even blame Amazon they shipped out my item on time. This carrier is the issue. They cant even update the tracking number with a new estimated delivery date. I live in Fresno and the item is being shipped from Fresno.

Me and my brother planned a day at the range and we ordered a headset and some safety glasses from amazon thinking it was going to be delivered the next day. The package was delivered at 8pm but not at our house we tracked our package it had said it was delivered and signed for by me but i never seen it. I went door to door looking for the package no one had it so i kept calling the carrier for the next 2 days with no answer so we called amazon they got back to us saying they gave the carrier a day to try and find the package they didnt amazon called back the next day saying these guys dont know what theyre doing a few weeks later a random person shows up with a cardboard box that was my amazon prime package soggy left in the rain at a random house. I ordered some stuff that says its coming today so lets see how they do my heart dropped when i seen who was delivering the package (update: recently ordered two separate things a day apart got them delivered right to the door good job 1 star turned into a 3)

Don’t even order if it’s from them. Would honestly give 0 if I could. Marked my Amazon next day delivery package as delivered, but when I checked my cameras NO ONE left anything on the porch or front door. When I contacted customer service they were unhelpful and told me it was delivered and to contact Amazon. At least Amazon was nice about it.

This is disgusting, I have no idea where my package is! I know it’s promised to be here by 9 pm, I’m hoping it’s here earlier. I have to make a decision to leave the house at a reasonable time if it gets here at 9, or if there’s a chance it gets here earlier I’ll wait. Every time I look up my package with the tracking number it only says in transit to carrier.Amazon won’t take my complaints and says take it up with the service provider. I’ll make sure every possible review I can do will hopefully turn people away from the headache this company is.

I didnt recieve my package but the district manager, Meegan, was really nice and deserves a 5+ star rating. She went over and beyond to try and help me. Her customer service was amazing. The driver, Jay, who is responsible for my package gets a 1 star. He doesnt care about the packages he delivers, doesnt answer his phone, doesnt keep his voicemail empty to at least leave a message, and mostly leaves my expensive package in the front door for people to steal. I am very disappointed in the driver and hope he gets a warning or get some more training. Will I trust my package with T force again? Maybe, if it isnt entrusted with drivers like Jay.

Ordered something from amazon for next day delivery (Sunday) received my packages from USPS but not TForce said it was scanned this morning out for delivery then at 8:30pm I received a message that could not be delivered due to no access to front door. We have been home all day in fact still playing outside NO ONE EVER came to our house to deliver anything! They lied if I could give -0 stars I would! I need a medical boot for work tomorrow due to broken foot this weekend now I have no idea when the package will be here. Ive was on hold waiting for 30 minutes customer service finally comes on says sorry we didn’t have a driver when clearly says at 5:42 am it was out for delivery! Worst customer service ever, unprofessional individuals providing customer service over the phone. Lazy and lying drivers. If they don’t feel like delivering your package they’ll make up lies that your front door was block and they were unable to gain access to make the delivery. I don’t live in a gated community, I don’t own a security gate, anyone can walk up to my front door. If I could give them no stars I would, but it won’t allow me to.

This company is simply dishonest. I ordered a package through Amazon prime- same day delivery which had fallen on a Sunday. My tracking info states there was a delivery attempt however this is not the case. I was home all day waiting in anticipation, made sure to be near my door and even had my dog close by who barks when someone new arrives. I didnt recieve the package yet the tracking info states a delivery was attempted. I have never experienced a delivery company being lazy and downright dishonest.

Don’t use TForce for your delivery service. I’ve been ordering from Amazon for years and have never had an issue with UPS, FedEx and USPS; however, this company is a joke!My package was supposed to be delivered by TForce on 7/18 with one day shipping. On 7/18 they updated the order saying they could not access my house/front door probably due to a gate. I do not live in a gated community nor do I have a fence. So I called amazon, they called the TForce. According to Amazon TForce advised them they’d try to redeliver that evening or the next day. By mid day 7/19 I still had not received my shipment, I called amazon, they called TForce again. According to the amazon rep TForce advised they’d deliver it between 5-9, by 9pm nothing had been received but the package had been updated as delivered. Called TForce myself this morning, 7/20, according to their rep Kaitlin, the package was never provided to them by the shipper. So yes, according to Kaitlin Amazon did not provide the package but she wasn’t sure why nobody hadn’t advised amazon of this on the previous two calls. Requested a manager, had a call back from a gentleman at TForce who stated they lost my package in transit.Do not trust this company with your package, they obviously don’t know what they’re doing either with their customer service or with their drivers.(Yes, Amazon is sending me another package, though it’s ridiculous they have to because of this company’s negligence and two days after it was supposed to originally be delivered.)

If I could give zero stars I would. I received a notification from Amazon stating my package had been delivered, thought it was off as there and been no knock or ringing of our doorbell, I walked outside and nothing. I checked with the neighbors thinking maybe it was delivered to the wrong house, still nothing. Contacted customer service who informed me they had no way of contacting driver and to call back tomorrow.
