Motley is a hating troll they only ever reviewed this one and nothing else.dont trust Motleys review. Trust yourself, by going in to the Computer Shop and seeing for yourself a company devoted to getting your computer working 100% again. They do great work, and oh yeah if you expect a fast repair job then your not going to get a fully 100% working computer, besides if your getting a older system upgraded it takes at least few days to get the correct parts for your specific computer system and model. Bullard Computer Clinic has been around for over 10 years at the same location, that that right there shows that they are doing it right.

Sorry but these guys are crooks. The two positive reviews on here are written by the two owners, Chris and Robert. When something takes 10 minutes to fix they drag it out to an hour or sometimes days or more. The always say, we better check everything just to be sure Imagine a mechanic telling you they are going through your entire car when all you need is an air filter. I know a former employee personally who was let go because he refused to drag out the time just to charge more. Very low work ethics. They sell computers that are worth about $400, starting at a whopping $750 starting price!! Wow how nice they will even plug it in for you at no charge. Stay Away at ALL COSTS. I would rather take my chance with the geek squad :(

After reading Yelp and Google reviews, I took a chance and took my laptop to this business. I dropped it off at 10, and it was fixed by 1!!!! They even showed my where the problem was and how to fix it on my PC, so they will get it next week to delete all the unnecessary files the problem has been generating. Great customer service and knowledgeable repairs/fixes!
