If you are a woman, this is not the place to work! The owner treats women like subordinates. No one is allowed to have family issues and/or obligations and the owner would rather put employees on blast in front of others than pull the employee to the side and talk. He will act like he is pleased with you during the interview process, but once you are hired all bets are off. He shows his true colors and they are all BLACK.
