JIT is efficient, Ive been doing business with JIT for over a year now. 0 complaints.JIT technicians are experts at their craft. Whenever I run into anything out of my skill level I know Adam or Victoria at JIT will have the solutions ready to go.JIT is prompt, and professional. Ive never had to call back requesting a status for anything Ive asked them to work on, it just gets done.Overall JIT is top notch and anyone who has done business with them will see that. Adam helped me this time, and Victoria has helped me before, but Adam was GREAT!! He was so friendly and very patient as I was not familiar with a fair amount of things mentioned while he was getting me set up. He was very personable and I couldnt be more pleased with how timely, professionally, and happily my issue was taken care of. 10/10 service.

JIT has been remotely monitoring our system for as long as I have been an employee here. Anything from web design to retrieving backup files to troubleshooting our PCs and virtual network. Also, they set up our private domain and it is has been perfect. I handle IT, and if I ever have any problems, I email or call and usually the problem is fixed immediately, and they have a very competent staff. They save me a lot of time so that I can get my own work done and not worry about each employees computer. (Theres always something)

I went with Jay several years ago and it was one of the best business decisions ever.He immediately drastically lowered my expenses and upped the level of service we had using our in-house dedicated it department. Worked with Adam on setting up new email and moving existing emails from old account to new. Adam made the transition very smooth. He also was very helpful in moving custom setting for AutoCAD from the old user to the new user.

Ive worked with IT companies for almost 20 years, and I have to say this one is at the bottom! They couldnt follow through, they couldnt close tickets, and had a bad attitude when we tried to explain the issues our company was having. We gave them over a year to straighten everything out and hire enough people to support our business...every excuse was given in the process. We finally decided it was time to move on, so we set up a face to face and the owner couldnt even show up and face the music!Now weve discovered theyve taken passwords to our network (that we were never given) and we are 100% down...during our 30 day dismissal. Support wont call us back and when we do get someone on the phone, they tell us weve left the company!Shady, unprofessional and extremely poor quality from top to bottom.

They help up install new hardware and performs all our software upgrades. They evaluate our business internet security policies and practices. JIT is awesome!! We never have to call because they have everything under control on the back end and that is what we LOVE!!! The rare occasion that we have to call. JIT is on it and the situation is taken care of in no time at all!!! Since we have had JIT we have never been down for longer than an hour if that and if there is a problem with our internet provider they call us and let us know that they are dealing with it! Our security is awesome. I have never had such an awesome experience with an IT company. I used to be sick when I would have to listen to the sales pitch of other IT companies and listen to all the extra cost for this and that and half the time I never understood what they were talking about. When I met with Jay Petersen and his team I kept waiting for everything he told me to fall apart and guess what it never did and It just got better! Having worked with other I.T. Companies and comparing the 2, JIT Outsource is literally head and shoulders above the competition. There staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with remedying any problems that might have popped up. They are always only a phone call away which is really nice, since I am a person that actually likes to talk to people rather than handle everything through emails. J - I.T. Outsource really came through when we needed them! A few months ago the power went out and when the power came back on the power surge fried our server. Our network went down, I couldnt reinitialize a damn thing AND it turns out our back up system wasnt configured right by our last IT guy so we were just backing up useless .ini files - total NIGHTMARE scenario. This fiasco totally shut us down for 17 days. I was having to use my tablet and Iphone to run my business! I lost some clients because of it and I contemplated closing my doors until I could manually re-process 3 years worth of client case history... Everyone else told me nothing could be done. When I called JIT they ACTUALLY listened to me. These guys dont play games and they dont treat you like a 4 year old either! Im not a complete idiot, but they do know their craft. They gave me the hard facts about my situation and they helped me revive most of the critical parts of my system. I dont know how they did it, but they were able to piece together the usable data I did have. JIT Outsource saved me a lot of time and money and Im super grateful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
