They do a very good job. Ive used a few of other companies, and that they do a very thorough, really great job.

I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I called. Communication regarding arrival time was great and accurate. I had a two hour window for arrival, so I was able to plan accordingly. Mark and his partner were very friendly and professional. The best part was that they were so quick and efficient - they cleaned a living room, dining room, hallway and bedroom in about an hour, just as he estimated. I appreciated the help moving some furniture around the room - really above and beyond! I have very light beige carpet and it turned out looking better than I expected. Mark worked hard on the high traffic areas. I like that there wasn’t any odor or chemical smell to the products. Mark even gave me some tips about not using the spray/foam cleaners, which leave residue on the carpet, and instead spot cleaning with a simple mix of vinegar and hot water. Great customer service!

We reached out to mark at Americas carpet guy to see about cleaning at our home in shaver lake. He was very prompt with his response and was able to get out to the house within a week. They were very professional and did a tremendous job and saved our carpets from being replaced. Never called me back. Why have an answering machine?

We called Mark to clean our house after having sloppy renters. We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet. We called Mark at Americas Carpet Guy and he came out that same week and did a miraculous job. We were so surprised at the results and so thankful to Americas Carpet Guy for saving our carpets. We will definitely be using them again.

My carpet looks like its so new. Had some pet stains and high traffic dirt. But now its very clean and smells great. Mark C. was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having a bottle of syrup spilled on my carpet. After trying to clean it the best I could (with no results) I gave up. I let the stain set and accepted that my carpet would look terrible forever. I finally called Mark at ACG and asked if he could attempt to clean it. I was seriously considering just getting all new carpeting because it was truly that bad. To my astonishment, they were able to get it cleaned in just one treatment. I was absolutely amazed. Not only did they do an incredible job but they were professional, timely, and incredibly polite. Mark made me feel like I’d known him for years. We recently decided to have our grout and tile cleaned as we had been in our home for about 11 years. The home was a couple of years old when we purchased it from a previous owner. When we moved in, we just thought the grout was dark brown as it blended with the tile. Well after the awesome cleaning job by ACG we have found out that the grout is actually a khaki color. Wow!! We were so surprised and impressed by how clean the grout was now and how new the tile looked. ACG also cleaned our carpets in the bedrooms and those look just as awesome. We are extremely happy with the excellent service and will be using ACG in the future. We highly recommend their service!
