We got this company because they bought the answering service we had and were happy with. Needless to say the quality of company we had was not what this company offered. We had many customer complaints. The quality of service was poor. The owner always asked me if I emailed him, and I did, many times. His email box was always full. We gave them 30 days notice in writing because we sold our business. Three people acknowledged the cancellation. They continued to bill me for several months after they were no longer answering our phones. Actually wanted proof we had cancelled. They were on us the day the bill was due, made many mistakes on messages and phone numbers. Do not hire this company.

One of the worst places to ever apply to. I applied for this job thinking it was going to be just a regular office job, but when I got called in for an interview realized it was a complete opposite from what was said on indeed. The hourly pay here sucks. Only when you are going through training do they give you morning shifts and even after passing the first part of training you are still on probation. You are then partnered up with a “trainer” that for the most part goes too fast. The operators here are very UNPROFESSIONAL! They are always on their phone and they don’t want you the trainee on the phone meanwhile they are on their phones looking up things that they can look up during their breaks. This was not one of the only things that is wrong with this place the supervisors have high expectations but they can’t even meet them. Another bad thing about this place is the write ups that you may get for anything wrong if it is not done by following the MasterCards or the specials. So it won’t be guaranteed how long you will stay at this place. After a couple of months of being here I was not happy with being employed by this company. They lied about setting up direct deposit with my bank account. Then once I decided to quit I wanted to go pick up my last check, yet when I called in some girl “Corina” told me the supervisor said that I would get the check mailed to my address. This was a HUGE lie. They had me going back and fourth for the check. A little advice is the people at the main office check up on the operators more often.

Terrible, super visors suck except for Julia. This is my 2and re view looks like my first one was removed, hmmmm... unprofessional and they do everything not to do such as on their cellphones while working, eat at their station, talk about other operators and clients, 😠

Waiting on a callback from the leadership, will give fair full review after callback. However Mellissa was very unprofessional and as a professional answering service should not call clients any names or deny giving any corp info or supervisor or boss name either. After searching we found out she is at the Turlock call center and the corporation is also out of Fresno. Pending callback from Mr. Hass the
