Stated out great but said it was $250 for the damage report and then sent me a bill for 450 and then when I called to pay they don’t even answer and you have to leave a message to get a call back to pay them at there convenience

Open 24 hours but doesnt answer their phone. When they do answer they hang up on you. I will never use Service Master again! I wish I could give negative stars.
