Great company to work with, definitely recommend if your looking to build a custom home!

Absolutely awful customer service. After requesting a consultation to build a home (paid in CASH, mind you), I never received a phone call, email, or letter. After emailing to follow up after 2 months of not hearing anything, they finally got back to me. Myself and a random rep from GP Gardner spoke for approx 30 minutes, mainly with him telling me how hard it has been for him to get back to people because of Covid.Oh well, I said to myself. At least he got back to me. He said he would get in touch with me to go over building plans, but surprise: he didn’t. You would think a cash purchase, guaranteed to actually get the money, would be a priority for a business. Apparently not. We are going elsewhere, where they actually value their customers. If you want someone who will actually get back to you, GJ Gardner is NOT where you want to go.
