I called for a popcorn ceiling removal service his website states he provides.His response on the phone word by word “I do not really do that” with an attitude like if I’m asking something out of the ordinary and hangs up not even apologizing or anything that his website stated that. His customer service obviously needs some work if he’s going to continue to run a business. After leaving a one star review after my experience, he called me back harassing me and said he was going to call the authorities because I left a one star review.PLEASE BE AWARE and take your business else where.

Sean did a great job dealing with the water damage to my bathroom. He does whats right for his customers.

Sean responded to our call for water damage the same day. Right away he pulled back all the carpet and set up fans and dehumidifiers. He worked quickly and was very informative. He replaced the carpet pad, sanitized the floor and walls and cleaned the carpets. He was kind and friendly and we recommend his services. Thank you.

Sean worked on my mothers house for one full month after the house flooded from a running toilet. He and his crew removed the ruined carpeting, dried and sterilized the rooms, after which they cleaned, re carpeted and painted the house.The carpeting that was not replaced was cleaned; the windows were washed ; the marble floors were cleaned; the baseboards in several rooms were replaced. Sean personally performed some of the work and hired and supervised outside trades. He worked with the insurance company in the processing of the necessary paperwork. My mother and I were very pleased with the quality of Seans work and with the professional and proficient manner in which Sean handled the restoration of her house.

Very poor quality of work, non-existent communication and utterly unprofessional.He showed up to quote me on a bathroom remodel at the scheduled time, but on the day we agreed to start work, he didnt show up and he didnt call. He finally appeared the next afternoon. I should have fired him then but was eager to have my new bathroom, and he said he had loads of experience with drywall, my main concern. Initially he said he would have everything ready for us to finish and paint in 2 days, but 5 days later he wasnt halfway done! He would show up for an hour and then just leave, and some days wouldnt show up at all! I had already paid him for all the materials and $200 for demolition, and when I told him his services were no longer needed, he proceeded to write me an invoice for $400 more! This isnt saying anything about his shoddy craftsmanship. My husband had to completely redo the tile grout and the drywall texture because it was just unacceptable. He never even bothered to get out his drywall sprayer and just streaked on mud willy-nilly with a trowel. I explicitly said I wanted knock-down texture to match the rest of the house, but what I got was a very ugly version of old world stucco with obvious lines throughout the walls. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our office experienced flooding and water damage due to a broken pipe. We contacted four different companies in the area who specialize in this type of problem, however had no response to our emergency from any of them. Sean arrived immediately and began to asses the damage and rescue us from a certain disaster. His work was efficient, timely and the quality of service was excellent. he helped answer all our questions and made knowledgeable suggestions that we very much appreciated. I would recommend this company and its services and would not hesitate to call them again should we be in need of this type of assistance in the future.

I personally observed Mr.WIlliss construction performance his knowledge and Methods of construction as he remodeled his residence. Mr. Willis was issued permit as owner /builder for electrical plumbing, mech & building items to be complete on his house. Also he drew the plans for remodel. Mr Willis has demonstrated knowledge and experience of all trades involved during his remodel and other commercial jobs inspected.
