Had 2 appointments with Jerry, booked it on the booksy app that he told me to go on. He rescheduled both appointments for a later time on Dec 5th which was fine, show up @ 12:05 for my 12:10 appointment. Waited 30 mins for him and got NOTHING! I waited with my 12 and 4 year old son and couldnt get a call, text, email, no communication whatsoever, just a no show! Disappointed and completely unprofessional!
