Being a new resident of this area, I needed to find reliable and trustworthy people. Frank was not only very helpful but doesnt waste time. He gets straight to the issue, tells you what it is and gets you going with a reasonably priced quote. My car got new wheel bearings replaced, rotors and a full synthetic oil change, and let me tell you when I say that I was very satisfied with the results as well as with the overall experience, it means something. If youre in the area, dont waste time looking for shop after shop, go here and know that your car is in the right hands.

Frank at first may seem uninviting.. thats because he just currently lost his front desk and is slammed currently doing everything answering phones, paper work, payment and service but let me tell you he knows his stuff. Hes a straight to the point, make sure your listening because he will educate you on your car and not cheat you. He is passionate about his work, hes quick to service yet patient to answer any questions or concerns. I absolutely would recommend him if you want truthful and real answers about your car. First time there and I trust his work. I will definitely will be coming back. Ive already recommended two people to him that needed work because I was impressed with his ability to communicate the problem with my car and provide honest service! GO FRANK!

Well I wish I could properly review their work but unfortunately the mechanic did a no call no show. I took time off of work to get my car fixed and my car is still not fixed. The company is very unorganized, very unprofessional, terrible communication, and an all around waste of time. If you’re looking for a mechanic, look elsewhere, because these mechanics won’t show up. Frank was super cool and brought us in last minute when we were on an extended road trip. He helped us find cheaper parts so it wouldn’t be so expensive and had the cv joints fixed the next day. He also gave us pepper spray to stay safe in Fresno. He showed and explained to us what was broken about the parts and why they were making the sound they were and took it for a good test drive. Took my car in and was told to change gas cap and if engine light comes back on to take in. Cap replaced light back on so I took it back. He explained it would be a process and take 2-4 days. Took 2 1/2 days and car is running perfect. Frank is now our go to guy for both of our cars. Prices reasonable. Turn around time is on point. And now my husband can take a break when it comes to car repairs.

Frank at Terans Towing and Auto Repair in Madera is a breath of fresh air when I found him out of need and just being in the right place at the right time. Our Suburban had a problem and his place was close by. Being new in the area we had to find someplace to limp our car their. Frank got us in and repaired and was so affordable. I happen to be in the area again with a car problem that needed to be taken care of again and again same as the first time. I live a hour south of his place but I will get my car to him to get it repaired!
