I would like to say that there service was amazing especially this one agent named Guadalupe Melendez who helped me swiftly with an issue I had with Geico. It did not take her long to send them the required documents I needed to fix the problem at hand. Saved me lots of money, and time. She was nice, efficient, and very competent.

Have had homeowners insurance for over 30 years, never needed to use it and when I did found out Its not covered! Why dont they explain policies to you if you dont understand them? I got the worst coverage and thought I had premium coverage.

Dont even bother with this agent. Dont waste your time or money here!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ALLSTATE. If this office doesnt resolve this issue I will be taking my business elsewhere. My wife and grandkids were rear ended in an auto accident on Oct 7th . The person that caused the accident took full responsibility and was at fault. This is where the problem begins. I have had my insurance with Allstate for several years now. I always make sure I have full coverage meaning to cover all of my damages if Im at fault or if someone hits us that has no insurance to make sure that all bodily injuries or damages are covered including car rental expenses. My car was in the shop for 57 days because it took All state adjuster until 11/27th to give authorization for a supplement for other repairs. The Cost of the was $2410.18 out of pocket even though he was at fault and Mr. Roger Noguera tells me Ramiro you didnt have insurance coverage for the car rental. I told him I had that coverage before.. Who authorized for me not to have car rental coverage when I renewed my policy? And now I have NO help from Roger at Allstate to get my $2410.18 back. All Of the associates including Roger do not return calls. I have to call over several times before I can get him. This is a Nightmare!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE!
