I called looking for auto insurance. Nothing special just state minimum. The person I spoke with didn’t bother to inform me that you CANNOT BROKER state minimum insurance. So instead he added roadside to the policy even though I didn’t want it!!! That way he got away with charging me $168.00 in broker fees. I had to call the actual insurance company to get the roadside off the policy since I carry AAA roadside and Verizon roadside. So I certainly didn’t want another one .and he never even asked me if I wanted it. Unethical is an understatement. Like there’s not enough people out there trying to get over on us.I’ll be in contact with somebody’s supervisor to continue with my dissatisfaction with the business practices that the kings Canyon office practices.Terri Hubble

Van sold me an insurance over the phone and didn’t fully disclose all fees. When signing the papers I asked questions and he rushed me to get off the phone. Then i get a charge on my debit card that were not verbally disclosed. I would not recommend this insurance place.

If I could give zero stars I would. This guy Van write my mother an insurance policy and then when I went in to ask questions they said it was some other guy in a totally different office with a totally different name that wrote her. They charge huge broker fees and when my mom needed to make changes on her policy she was told she had to go through the direct company directly that there was nothing the agency could do when THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE THERE FOR! And that is what the direct insurance company said as well. It seems like a huge company with barely knowledgeable agents who are just trying to make their huge broker fee. Luckily my mom has found a better insurance agency to go through, NEVER will go through Freeway/Cost-u-less again.

I have a car insurance with this company. However, the principal company is Infinity insurance. A long time a go I went to the office of freeway Insurance to talk to a broker. I wanted to remove one of my cars from the insurance, and they told me I had to pay $190 to remove it. That was crazy. Then, I called the principal insurance that was Infinity insurance and they removed the car for $5. This is my experience; please dont let them stole your money.

Have been trying to get my sold car off of my policy for almost 2 months now. Called too many times and have requested this way too many times. Two people have told me they’ve done it and that they’ll call me back with my new payment for the month but the car is still on the policy almost 2 months later.

Went into the freeway insurance kings canyon office the other day and left with more coverage and a better understanding about how insurance works. My agent Peter Merino walked me through the entire process. He used a mat to illustrate the various types of insurance coverages and helped me pick out a plan that addressed all of my concerns but more importantly one that fit my budget. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. I really enjoyed my experience there and would advise all of you to ask for Peter.

I went in last week to make my payment for december, the broker/rep that I spoke with, Rico (super helpful!), told me that I was due for a review of my policy, so I went ahead and did the review with them. Rico said that I could get a better price with more coverage, which was cool because that was what I was going to be looking for in the future. In short, I went in for a payment and left with a way better policy than the one I had. Good Job!!

Car insurance is super confusing, but when I went in to get my first auto insurance on my own it was explained in a way that was super easy to understand.
