My son found a snake skin on our property which was approximately 5 feet long. The amazing part of this story is that the entire skin was left intact when the snake shed the skin. Anyway, Dave identified the snake as a Rat Snake. We have many rattle snakes nearby which made us a little concerned about the size of the snake skin we found. Called this place 6 times over two days about two raccoons under my house and getting into my garage. Every time you call, it’s forwarded to an answering service that never passes the information along. I have a child that can’t go into the garage and grab his bike or outside toys because of these raccoons. This service is a joke, as I have not gotten a call back at all. And no other service in town will deal with this.

Id give this company five big gold stars for five reasons. 1- Great customer service. 2- Full service for animal removal and pest control. 3- Approachable staff that are more than happy to answer questions. 4- A service you can rely on, with no animals coming back. 5- Finished with a two-year guarantee that Weve never had to use. Called about a pet that we think is stuck under house and is dying and found a cat also at same time curled up and not doing so well. Lady on phone said “we typically only deal with wildlife” in a very sarcastic voice. I want to save cat at whatever else and we’ll there not here to help. Problem is cat will pass prolly before spca opens at 10 and I’m worried I shouldn’t touch the animal.

This is the nicest and effective pest control company in the area. I have been using this company for the last week and they got rid of all the rats in my attic quickly.
