I had significant water damage from a leaked pipe in my shower, Karol and his team was very responsive and quick to mitigate the leak. He set up fan and wrapped up the dam area to keep moisture out and avoid any moles from developing. Happy to say the leaked was stopped and the pipes is fixed. Highly recommended for quality and value.

I hired water Damage Solution initially to repair water damage from a leaky in-room air conditioner. They were quick and clean and did a great job. After that I hired them for several more projects including a whole house re-pipe and a complete bathroom remodel which included knocking down and moving several interior walls. The bathroom turned out great and the water pressure for the house is drastically improved. Water Damage Solutions were very professional and also have a great eye for interior design. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Water Damage Solution was referred to me by my plumber after I had an extensive amount of water damage due to my water heater breaking down. I went online and on yelp to search for a water restoration company even though my plumber had already referred me to Water Damage Solution, I just wanted to compare quotes. I had called two other restoration companies out and although they had really good reviews I was shocked to find out that they were not licensed or were using someone else’s license to perform work. This raised a lot of red flags and I did not feel comfortable with those companies. I decided to give Water Damage Solution a call to see how they would help. Jonathan was quick to take the call and come out the same day to provide an inspection. Jonathan was very professional, humble and transparent; he did not hesitate to show me his contractors license or any other documents that I would request to ensure my house was being taken care of by a true professional. Jonathan made me feel at ease and he was able to help me file a claim and guided me throughout the entire process. I can not thank Jonathan and his friendly team enough for the great service. This is the second time I had to call out water damage solutions . First time my water heater leaked caused a mess they took care of that fast, just last week my toilet over flowed caused a huge mess in my home didnt hesitate to call them back out to help me, they cleaned up everything removed the contaminated carpets and cabinets sanitized everything promptly, now Im just waiting for my insurance to finished estimating the damages will start my rebuild process soon.. I just had to share this they truly made this stressful situation less stressful Id recommend them to anyone !!!

A neighbor used WDS for clean up related to a water leak. Then about a year later we had a garage fire. They came out late and cleaned up. Then followed up early the next day to start repairs.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They came to our rental property approximately 2 weeks ago to investigate possible mold in one of the units. The technician Irek came, took pictures, went under the house, pulled the carpet back and determined there was no evidence of mold. Great news, right?!!...Great news but weve tried since they came out to get their findings documented. Simple: no mold was found, so put it on your letterhead and provide us a copy of the report! Weve been lied to by at least 3 different people that theyll take care of it and email the report to us. We even stated, if theres a fee for the report were willing to pay. Well to date, were still waiting. Chris has promised me twice that he personally would make this a priority and get the report completed and emailed. Last promise was made 2 days ago and still nothing. Ive given various people our email address numerous times, but theres always an excuse, ie...our computers were down; Im not at the office now, but will take care of it as soon as I get there. Theyve wasted so much of our precious time and has caused a major delay in a financial transaction were conducting, which hinges on us having this report. If they couldnt deliver the report, just say so and we could move on to a reputable company that can deliver. One thing I look for in a company is honesty and this company was anything but honest! I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE...dishonest, unreliable, shady and very questionable business ethics. The five star reviews must be from their friends and/or relatives. Look at the 5 star review from 2 months ago by Irek. He works for them!! Did I mention unethical business practices??...I wouldve given them 0 stars if that was an option. They SUCK!

Awesome company to deal with. Water heater had been leaking causing water damage and mold. After the water heater company said I needed to have the mold taken care of before they could replace. Requested a quote from several companies and WDS was the only one able to come out the same day, was very professional outlineing everything that would need to be done and provided a detailed quote within an hour.When they came to actually begin the work they were very friendly and professional. They took pictures at each step of the process and showed what they did, where the issues were, before and after of the cleaning. They made sure no debris or dirt was left behind, even going as far as cleaning up some dirt that got tracked on the complex parking lot.I would definitely work with them again in the future
