I uploaded my resume on several job search sites. Some are a TOTAL SHAM, waste of time with misleading email hooks to make you think someone is interested in you. And it only takes one, maybe two interactions with these phonies at the most, to make you realize they are not productively trying to get you a job.But as I was navigating the turbulent waters of employment seeking efforts I got a notification from Zip Recruiters that someone viewed my resume. Within minutes before I could even research who viewed my resume I was seeing an email from Express Employment Services inviting me to contact them regarding a position matching my qualifications.In other words, Express Employment Services saw my resume, matched me to a client of theirs, and contacted me with alacrity. I immediately responded to their email and by the end of the first hour I was having a phone interview which resulted in an in person interview and placement in a temporary job in my field of work, all in the SAME DAY.After 2 weeks working as a temp. for this company I was offered a permanent position.Jessica at the Fremont location of Express Employment Services basically FOUND ME A JOB within one hour because she spotted my resume and matched me to one of her clients that was hiring construction managers.Look, I know searching for employment can be frustrating and daunting but I recommend that you reach out to Express Employment Services and give them your resume. You will not be wasting your time and money. Its free and worth actual $$$.Could not be happier!!

It was my first experience finding a job through an agency. TOTALY DISAPPOINTED.I wish I had option here to give negative rate to this rude and unprofessional management and staff.They consider candidates as their slave to make money for them.This agency monitors every single minutes of the employees working hours, but they never care about discrimination, harassment, and abuses from the employers.

Unprofessional and impolite staff. Job title and duties and department in the offer is completely different from what you will be offered and asked to do by the employer. You never get respond from Express staff if you report discrimination or harassments from your employer.

Worst employment company, they don’t care about their employees. Staffs and managers are very rude with nasty behavior. They abuse people with cheating them. They suggest full time jobs with good benefit packages, but in fact they provide very temporary employees for production companies with short staffs. They don’t provide any insurance and benefit package after they hire an employee.They don’t do direct deposit and enforce people to go in their office for every single paycheck.

The worst employment company. Super rude and unprofessional behavior. Managers are coward and irresponsible. It is clear why, because they know what they are doing with their employees.They abuse people and they don’t give any support to their employees.

This agency is great! I’ve was looking for work for quite some time and reached out to Express. They had me come into their office which was awesome as most agencies are closed and only do telephone appointments. Express had me go to an interview the same day I went to their office and the company hired me. Lorena (an angel 😊) sent me to a GREAT company and the people there are awesome! I’ve only been there a week and I love my new job! I dealt with other agencies and the response time from Express is not even close in comparison to these other agencies. They were very quick and that means a lot to someone that needs to work! Dianna was also very professional and helped me with my paperwork with no issues. I highly recommend Lorena - she knows we are in terrible times and is willing to take that extra step to help you find you a great job.

This Agency is the worst EVER and extremely unprofessional and DO NOT care about their employees!During the time of a crisis in the world, this agency would not even let their employees use their sick time after they had been released from their assigned jobs! Knowing that they need all resources of income. They would not give any explanation as to why their employees were released from their temporary assignment. Their only explanation was I suggest you file for unemployment or “I don’t know what to tell you”. You should be honest with the people who work for your agency, because they are the people who are keeping your payroll generating as well!!!!I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone! Express... your agency need to improve on professionalism and hire more experienced staff that are for the employees and not just treat them like a number!Improve with a more professional RECEPTIONIST as well as recruiters that know how to deal and communicate well with the people that are working for your agency! To simply tell your employees “I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU”(per your receptionist) is unacceptable and it’s unprofessional to say the least. Your agency needs a makeover and major improvement with your staff!!!!Anyone looking for employment, do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this agency!

Very very rude and unprofessinal!. Had an interview at 2pm, but have an family emergency. Got text message saying I am wasting everybodys time. Text me saying am i even serious about working.Excuse me that family comes first! Very rude! Dont care about others. I didnt come at then rude or said anything rude. I would recommend Express Employment Fremont to anyone out there looking for a job. On September 28th I applied for a job, On October 1st I had interviewed with their associates, and October 2nd had an 2nd interview with an local plumbing company for delivery driver. October 3rd I was on the job training and working. Lorena gets the job done when it comes to contacting jobs for you and I think their staff works really hard to get you employed. Express staffing I’m a member at this locatIon and it was a true blessings that I chosen this location to assist me for employment And within a few days later the staff was diligently looking for employment that suited my need’s I couldn’t express my gratitude enough by far the true definition of customer service is right HERE nowhere els. I went through a few temporary assignments and I wasn’t disappointed because I knew the goal they had is to look for a long term career and just wIthin a few months the staff found one right next to my home 8 minutes away from work. Never waste your time to take an interview or accept any offer from this agency. This is a staffing agency for the companies which are unable to hire their own staff directly because of their bad reputation.If you sign a contract through this agency, never expect support or professional action from them if you face discrimination or harassments from your employer.FYI, Express headquarter never take any action when there is a violation from branches. unfortunately they dont follow centralized management policy.

I am so sorry, but I have to write here to help other people to not trust on this company.They reached out to me for a job position and proposed me high rate salary and benefits, they asked me to quit my previous job for this new one. However, after I signed the contract, they told me I would need 6 months training!!!But, it was not training, they asked me to work as an administrator and data entry person. When I complained about that, they fired me and even didn’t pay my last two paychecks!Don’t trust them.
