Larry and his team created a beautiful oasis in our backyard! They communicated with us through the whole process and installed our pool in a timely manner even with many forces of nature not on our side! Thank you for your part in our backyard getaway!
Called company 6.1.2020 was told to come in and choose my replacement liner. Due to Covid, we understood Larry would call and come out to measure and take a look at what we had sometime during the season 2020. I went in, selected the liner, called back every 3-4 weeks. No one ever called back but advised they would and that we were on the list. Never heard anything, never saw anyone at all last year and we were more than willing to wait until this year due to the unique situation as long as we knew we were going to be taken care of and didn’t need to look further! Called today to make sure someone would come out this year and was first told they couldn’t locate us in their system at all and then that they called me and told us they do not service my area!! No call EVER!! Fremont cannot service Genoa area. Must be effective this year so, I will make sure our area/ pool owners understand this! An entire season lost in finding another company to help me due to the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. Will be sharing with our neighbors, who have used them in the past, my experience and that they no longer come our way!! Will never recommend!
Staff was incredibly good and put me at ease. Maintaining my pool does not seem quite as complicated as I thought.

Went in on 4/2/21 for chlorine tablets and was told because of a shortage and I am a new customer they couldn’t sell me any. Ok. Took my business to the other local pool shop and was welcomed there as a new customer and bought my chlorine tablets! In this day and age of Covid you’d think any local businesses would appreciate any customer’s business.
Stopped in to grab a simple add-on for a pool jet to make a waterfall. Luckily they had the item in stock. They had one. Only one of the design wanted and didn’t even ask or offer about getting another. I was met with employees who weren’t wearing masks or even apparently caring about the pandemic but that was the least of my cares. It was the total lack of customer-centric service which was a huge detractor for this store. The employee are gruff, almost like they would prefer to be employed elsewhere (anywhere).Amazon will afford me the other two items at the same cost (your loss). Anyone looking for products for pool maintenance can be bought for cheaper at other stores who greet with a nice smile and a helpful aura.If you absolutely need pool stuff, i guess you are stuck with this place.To whomever runs this store, fix your lack of customer service and you may actually make more profit and have happier and returning customers.Thankfully, I don’t ever need to return.
Was asking about skimmer boxes. Told them the dimensions of what we needed. Was told “yea we have that available.” Sent my wife to get the skimmer and all of the sudden they don’t have the skimmer and cant find the time to help size her one we needed because they don’t have the time to help her size an appropriate fitting or opening. They apparently dont find fittings for the customers, the customers have to do the employees job for them. I called back to the store with my wife in the parking lot and was told that she should had have been assisted. So i called my wife back and told her to go back in and low and behold she dealt with the same flack as before, but by the owner this time. He told her that it wouldnt work he cant help her. They dont carry stuff for intex they have weird sizes. Well to my knowledge i bought the pump based on the size of the plumbing.....1 1/2 inch plumbing...i bought it specifically for that. Completely incompetent, for one telling me they had what i needed to make the drive to there store and two refusing to figure out what worked upon arrival by A: not having the parts to fit intex and B: refusing to help the customer fit a piece of plumbing. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.
Swim Rite offers many services as well as pool and spa supplies.We have visited them over the years for truck and trailer rentals for all our moving and large pick up needs, and have never had anything but a pleasant experience.The staff are helpful and friendly and very thorough.They have varied hours of operation, and different trucks and trailers for your moving needs; so call or check online before you stop over.We have always done our reservation online and everything is waiting as we request when we arrive.They are centrally located in town and easy to enter as well as exit the lot, during all hours of the day.Overall we would definitely recommend Swim Rite for these services, because we have always been satisfied with our experience there.

They are the local U-Haul dealer. We rented a trailer for the day with furniture pads for $60.00. it was well worth it.

Took hot tub pump in for new water housing that had cracked. Pump motor had a little drag on the shaft but worked fine when took it in. Got a call saying the bearings in motor was going bad. Said they could replace the bearings. Ok, that’s fine. Then told later they can’t get the bearings out and the motor sounds horrible and it will burn up if ran in this state. Called office and I’m supposed to text the motor guy even though I just called him right after a text and he didn’t answer. Gonna have to look else where for my hot tub needs cause this is probably not gonna end well. UPDATE: Replying to their response, I have screen shots of the times I called the ”Tech” and the business location. July 2nd 9:01 am called Tech, NO ANSWER! Called business location at 9:03 am and talked with associate. Told to call Tech, didn’t want to hear what my issue was. Wish I could post the pictures on here but can’t. So whom ever is writing their responses isn’t fact checking!
Actually went here to rent a UHaul. I had never rented a moving van before and was delighted how knowledgeable and friendly the sales team were. Oh!, and there were plenty of customers there shopping for pool supplies too!
I give them 1 star because it wont let me rate them a 0 $21000 cleaning bill because they cut concrete without sealing off the aeaa have to repaint pool since they threw the cut concrete chunks into the empty pool causing several large spots of chipped paint when explaining the situation the clerk says that sounds fun
We have been trying to get an issue resolved with them for 10 months now. We called them out for an issue with our hot tub motor. Took them 2 months to even come out. Then about 8 repeat trips because after they worked on it, it started leaking. The last time they worked on it in April, it leaked so bad that we had to have it professionally dried to avoid damage to our basement. I called they assured me within a week they would look at the bill and get someone out to look at it. 3 weeks later nothing and when I called they were rude and didnt want to help. Well then they send out one of the owners husbands to take pictures and he ASSURES me they will fix it. Told me he could definitely see where the issues were. Its now been over a month AGAIN and nothing. Mind you Ive received bills every month and each month a new late fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Im going through the BBB in the morning and possibly an attorney. I refuse to pay a 1000 bill with 120 in late fees for my hot tub to be worse than what it was BEFORE I called!
Derek did an awesome job repairing my hot tub, he was quick and the communication was exceptional! He was sure to let me know he was on the way as well as keeping me in the loop through the entire call. Thank you guys!!!
Very helpful! They keep everything we buy in the system and we just call let them know what we need I pay over the phone and just pick it. If we have any questions they help us in any way possible.
