Not helpful at all! Nobody picks up the phone or opens the door but we hear the county workers inside. It seems so unprofessional. Can something be done to change this?

Wait time is easily 2-3 hours. Better avoid this place.

Too hard to contact over phone and online a long wait 40min yesterday by phone I hung up

It can be crowded but the employees are great and they help you out great staff have not had any problems through out the years but they.need to hire more friendly people

Just so freaking slow and unhelpful, whole office went out for lunch and letting people who really need help to wait, people here waiting are also taking their lunch hour and few hours off, guess what THEY DONT CARE!!!

There should be a lot more chairs. Everytime I go I always have to stand for 40+ minutes.

Over worked staff. Still polite. Lines can be enormous.

Just go early and be patient. They helped a family member well!
