This was such a monumentally terrible experience that I feel so compelled to document this and warn others. This is a long post, but the main point is that Maria Gonzalez is very unprofessional and unresponsive. We lived there for one year and regret renting from Mission Property Management. If you want details, feel free to read on. I would give zero stars if I could!Due to Covid- we did the initial walkthrough without anyone present- which was not a big deal, though it would have cut out the back and forth. So when we did the final walkthrough before move in, we hoped to go through the house to point out anything that was not working so we would not be at fault for it when moving out.Renters - please check your Mission Property lease with a lawyer or the Fremont tenant office . The lease we were presented didnt comply with CA rental laws. We were asked to vacate the home in 30 days in June when eviction moratorium was in effect. It caused us so much distress when my husband suffers from Asthma. Later a lawyer confirmed, that the eviction notice was illegal. We always paid our rent before time.Why were we charged for adjusting doors and wheels on closet doors? $160 I have not broken anything and this is a false charge since the doors were not damaged and they were sticky to begin with.Why should we be charged for replacing smoke detector and combo? This is unfair, we replaced batteries on it before moving out. I was charged $168 I replaced all the bulbs before moving out and I got three bulbs in one bathroom and three in another when I moved in. They didnt even look at the move in inspection sheet where I clearly wrote everything. Why was I charged $75 for bulbs? We got the house in bad condition when we moved in during Covid. Bathroom floors and tubs were dirty, no one bothered to do a move in inspection before we got the keys. Even when we reported with pics, no action was taken. I am amazed how $753 has been deducted from my deposit. I reached out to them twice asking about pre move out inspection but again no response from the company. All they said is that they will send out all the move out instructions and details.The one good thing about this experience is that it has pushed us to look into buying a home and not deal with a horrible management company like Mission Property Management. I guess you truly do get what you pay for. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you are looking to deal with an unprofessional team.Dont waste your time...

Didnt particularly deal with them too much. I reached out during the weekend when they were closed and they did call promptly on Monday morning to discuss my inquiry. Pleasant and efficient.

One of the property managers Carol Chen solved inquiries quickly and accurately, and she was so kind! Highly recommended property!

Rented a house from these folks - we had a wonderful experience. Issues were few and far between, but when problems did arise, they always had a maintenance company at our house within three hours to solve the problem. We enjoyed working with the whole staff, but Larry McCroskey went above and beyond to make our year great. We hope to come back some day!

I love how Denise does the financial reports. She is thorough, detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. Her continued dependability makes it easy for me, especially when it comes time to do my taxes every April.

I would say that you will be pleased using this service because it gives you peace of mind that your property is being taken care of. I love the resources Mission property has to get repairs done quickly and to a level we would expect if we would have had hired someone to do the repair.

I have been working with Mission Property Management for about 2.5 years now with my condo. They are awesome. I have worked with other companies and they are not as good as Mission. The customer service is top notch.

MIssion Property Management has managed our townhouse rental since June 2010. They rented the property out for us because we moved to Pennsylvania at that time. They have kept the same renter in the entire time. They let us know about all events with the townhouse and handle all maintenance and repair issues. They check the property for us and renew all leases. We are very happy with Mission Property Managment!
