They did a nice job painting my nails.

I went to get acrylics and they messed up my nails and the design I asked for didn’t look like what I asked for. So I went back to got her plain white nails and they tried charging $20 extra just to change the nails. They can’t even design o got plain acrylics for $60. Service was not good and the people there were rude and saying we did the design you wanted and said that I messed my nails.they also made my nails crooked and we’re messy.

The staff and the management make you feel comfortable. I love there. Thanks

I got acyrlics done and as she was doing them the beads where way to liquidy and the nails can be popped off even though its only been a couple days, she had good customer service just wasnt worth the money.

Love love love this nail shop! 💅 their specialties are shaping and designs. Good prices. Wish they had a better polish selection. & kid friendly. They have the cutest butterfly pedicure chair for kids!!

Ugh what a HUGE disappointment. After looking at a ton of pictures of their work online. I had finally decided what I wanted and went in an hour before close.The fact they were open late was also a huge reason I had chose Sparkle. Ones turned away after walking in and asked to comeback the next day. I returned the following day, again asked if I could wait an hour. I went out to my car and waited. When I returned I waited for 45 minutes before being seated for a pedicure.Long story short, the technician wasnt able to understand I wanted the color GREY, I got silver. Additionally I was cut 2 times and asked her to stop pushing on my skin that had glue on it, she continued to pick at it, splitting my skin. After showing her the ombre gel coffin shaped nails I wanted, she wasnt aware to fulfill. I went with clear coat.I did tip, I will never go back.

Great customer service!

I appreciated the pedicure...they treated me very well. I wanted my nails a certain style (pink amd white) but there was no one available to do that style and they were sooooo, very, very apologetic for that. I ended up getting regular white tips. I was mostly satisfoed when I left...no complaints overall.

My nail tech was more concerned with a girl someone else was working on who had come in to complain that her toe was hurting, than she was with doing a decent job on my pedicure. Can’t recommend this place.

(Dont even deserve one star tbh.) They sucked sooooo bad! They did my nails and they looked janky especially the side profile. When we complained they had an attitude about their poor service and their customer service was even worse! They were so rude! Dont get your nails done here unless u want to waste yer money and have janky nails for 42 days.I would be more forgiving toward this but the fact that they were so utterly rude and their customer service was not friendly which is well reflected in their service.
