The tech I got was really funny and personable, and that makes the experience a lot more relaxing. The front office was busy and there was a bit of a wait.My tech did have an ill-fitting mask, and that made me a little uncomfortable.But overall, everyone was nice, and I got in and out in a reasonable time.

Friendly, professional and informative, this place was made me feel safe, reassured if anything was wrong. All of the staff were courteous and caring. They answered all of my questions and I was done before I knew it. For a first time mammogram and ultrasound, it was a breeze despite my nerves kind of getting me. This place is certified, clean and has a homely feel to it. Thanks to everyone there who made the process a lot less nerve-racking.

This place is incredible! I was in and out in 45 mins as a walk in. The technician was amazing. Me being a big dude the technician got creative so I could get my X-ray done. Very grateful to have come here.

From the phone call to the exam.. everyone was superb. As a medical professional myself, its always nice to see people who care about their job and the people they interact with. It did take a while on hold to get a representative BUT I know staffing can be compromised with covid procedures and also you cant give great customer service in 2 minutes so I was ok waiting until it was my turn. The representative was very.kind and looked at all facilities to give me options of dates and time. The front office was very nice and professional and made a point to say goodbye as I left. Fatima the tech was excellent. She explained the procedure and helped me get as comfortable as possible on the table. Kudos to staff and management

These people are kind, communicative and professionally fabulous! All 3 of my tests were quick and easy too.I like this place much better than other imaging centers. They are more relaxed and into patients as individuals as opposed to treating us like cattle.I highly recommend these good people and this wonderfully professional center.

The staff was very helpful and quick. I do wish their automated phone message mentioned walk-ins start at 8:30am but, it worked out well for me. I was the first one.

The wait to check in was longer than I expected, but all the staff were nice, friendly, and professional. Once I was able to check in, things moved along smoothly.

This branch provides outstanding customer service in comparison to the Oakland office. Avoid that office like the plague. It was well worth the extra time spent to get there. The staff is courteous, quick and efficient. I was in and out within 25 minutes. This is where Ill go from now on.

This was my first time at Fremont Norcal (this was an oops and I actually showed up at my usual place) I didnt arrive early but they were so nice. From the front desk to the amazing US tech who was efficient, quick and so very nice. This is a modern, very clean, wonderful happy efficient radiology dept.

I am very happy with the kind and friendly hospitality I received from the staff. I was so scared and didn’t know what to expect being my first time having an ultra sound for imaging. Thank you ladies I felt safe and welcomed. I recommend and would give more stars if possible

Every staff member I interacted with was professional, respectful and very transparent about the procedure. I was in need of an MRI, and they had a cancellation which conveniently worked into my schedule. The representative explained that the machine was one of the old ones and made sure that I would not have difficulty with it. The directions provided over the phone allowed me to find the office without any trouble. The check-in procedure was easy and quick and I was able to get in at my appointment time. The technician explained everything as we went through and I felt like I was in really professional hands. At the end I was treated with respect and courtesy and I really appreciated the staff.

The lady who did my mammogram was really nice. She made me feel comfortable and did a great job. I really appreciate it.

Friendly staff, clean location and informed technicians. Rose and Kat (sp?) were both very caring and talked me through every step of the MRI. Both had friendly personalities and were funny too! They gave me a warm blanket and nice music to relax me during the process. It sounds strange to say, but I really enjoyed my appointment!

The nurse or doctors assistant, named Rick was a great help to me. He made the procedure easy for me to handle. I wouldnt have been able to go thru it without him.

Clean office, friendly staff. Wait time was minimal. I was out of there at 11:16 after my 11:00 a.m. appointment, that is so refreshing compared to experiences at other medical facilities where they have you wait forever.

It was not a pleasant experience, I was having MRI and they were in so hurry that they didn’t even bother to brief me about the process. They ask me to immediately lay down and gave me ear plug and ear phone to wear. Some of the thing they mention after my ear plug was on. I was not able to hear what they mention. I realize after MRI was done that the button they gave me was panic button in case I want to use it. Also the entire process will take 15-20 mins in that machine, that too I came to know after I was already inside the machine.I am not sure what was the rush for. The questionnaire too they ask me fill after MRI was done, which had key information like if I am a claustrophobic or I had any metal implant on my body.

All the ladies in the reception were very gracious and professional. Amy, my technician, was also gracious and professional. The facility was very clean. The procedure went very quickly. No complaints!

The only complaint I have is that I thought I was going to be late due to an accident on the he freeway, I tried calling only to get a message that the office was closedI almost turned around to return home but I was closer to the facility. I come from Manteca, was glad to find out he office open.

The front desk is very kind and professional. They are very strict on maintaining covid 19 precautions. Keeping the waiting area only for 3 people. I didn’t wait tht long. The whole process was well coordinated. I definitely recommend this imaging facility.

I have been to NorCal Imaging for mammograms and other scans, but they were always scheduled appointments. Today my doctor asked me to get an x-ray and I was able to walk in and they took care of me right away. I was pleasantly surprised. The technician was friendly and efficient and I was out in record time.

The X Ray tech with out warning pulls me by my. Ankles down the table with asking me to scoot down. Mind you I just got injured 🤕 at Tesla. He is not a chiropractor just a tech. Didn’t ask what kind of injuries I had. I’m in agony now. This was a terrible place to go. This man in his 50s or 60s is something else.

They are following COVID-19 guidelines to protect patients and themselves by having patients wait inn their cars to be call in instead of the small waiting area. The technician and receptionist are friendly and very professional.

My experience at NorCal Imaging for my Mammogram was very nice. The room that you go in for the Mammogram, is very inviting. The technician that gave me my Mammogram was very soft, and understanding. I would recommend my friends and family to go to NorCal for their Mammograms.

Everyone was great, I was nervous about everything and everyone along the way reassured me that everything was going to be ok. I did have a little freak out during the MRI but they were completely understanding and helped me work through it and I was able to continue the procedure.

I went in and waited in line for 2 minutes. The person that greeted me was friendly and professional. I filled out some papers in about 3 minutes. I was led directly into the X-ray room. The Technician was polite and professional. I was out of there in a few minutes. This was a Wednesday at 4:30 PM and I did not have an appointment. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Exceptional experience.

The staff taking me for the especial X-ray was so fast that several mistakes happened during the test. Either he was just nervous or NorCal asked him to work so fast to see more patients. Both reasons are not justified for a sensitive practice like that.

My experience with my MRI appointment was very pleasant. The staff are extremely polite, pleasant and professional. I have no complaints.

Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for a simple mammogram but had to leave without having it because I use Paratransit (they actually adhere to their schedule). Apparently NorCal/radnet thinks 1) everyone has a car & 2) patients have nothing better to do but hang out there till they feel like doing whatever you came for. (I realize this review is should have been done sooner but I just learned to do this).

My doctor sent me to NorCal in Fremont to get an x-ray of my aching knee. Gal at desk was very helpful and friendly and all safety measures were carefully taken. I thought the MRI technician was courteous (talked a little too quick, but she was nice) now that chunky person at the front desk had an attitude ( I said hello to her with NO RESPONSE which I found unfriendly and unwelcome, maybe shes mad because shes working on a Saturday) otherwise I would have given a 4 star

Although I had no appointment (they are currently only accepting walk-ins for X-rays), the process was very quick and efficient. A limited number of people are allowed in their receiving area, so I was informed that I would need to wait in my car. They called me when it was my turn to come in for my procedure. As there were only two other patients ahead of me, I only had to wait approximately 30 minutes. I was in and out in less than 10. I would definitely recommend this business. The facility was clean, the staff were friendly and efficient.

Came in for x rays and at the reception was told to wait in the car as it’s only going to be 15 mins. Check back in after 30 mins and was told only 5 more minutes. Go back in after 15 mins and I am being told it’s going to be a while. I am still waiting….Update: finally was called after an hour

I was scheduled early morning before the opening time of 8 am and I confirmed with the scheduling person that people will be there to do my CT Scan and was assured that they will but when I got there they informed every thing is on time but the person supposed to do the test did not show up until after one hour of my appointment time I believe my test was time sensitive because of the fact they gave me a syrup to drink before I get there so now I m worried about the accuracy of exam and wonder why that person was not informed or scheduled accordingly

Very friendly, professional, and efficient people at the desk. I needed a chest xray for work but was also traveling. I found NorCal Imaging online. They helped me get my doctors referral after I messed up fax number. Even with that speedbump, I was in and out in less than 30min!

I was greeted and helped a soon as I walked in. Check in was quick and I was told to wait in my car and would receive a call to come back in. Appointment was scheduled for 10:30 I received a call at 10:34 to come back in . I was greeted and asked to follow to the room that I would be in for my scheduled ultrasound. I was introduced to the technician who was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Overall my experience and expectations were met. Thank you!

Appointment was made with ease both Katarina and Raylene (sorry if I misspelled) we’re very helpful at the Fremont location. My doctor wanted to do my procedure immediately but he asked me to get an MRI last minute. Nobody told me that I need to skip two daystaking Vit.D, Vit. C and Multivitamins for my first bone density test. I am not aware of it.I have called several times for reschedule but was never mentioned.I need to reschedule this for another day. What a waste of time.Another small issue... the room where you need to undress, their cabinets where you leave your valuables does not have the keys, somehow it is lost. I think this is another issue to be addressed.Otherwise my other two lab work done on that day was done smoothly.

I was very leary about having my MRI due to being claustrophobic, but the tech was extremely patient and kind towards me. I would highly recommend this location.

Totally uneducated technician I was unaware that a wig would cause a magnetic reaction to the MRI they ask you all these other questions on the questionnaire bu failed to ask if you have a wig on and I was unaware that the wig had metal clips when I get into the machine and I felt a pull on my head and pressure she tells me oh its nothing and I told her I think somethings wrong and Ive come to realize that it was probably the combs in my wig. I told her they need to be more educated with it because Im pretty sure I wont be the first nor the last person who walks into here with a wig on. Sad medical tech

NorCal Imaging is a true blessing and deserves 5 stars! My doctor recommended this place for my ultrasound after I voiced my displeasure of the high cost I had to pay at the famous hospital (which will remain nameless) I received my previous ultrasound and mind you it was with insurance. This place costed me thousands of dollars less and with exceptional customer service all around. There is plenty of free parking, check-in was seamless, everybody at the reception was professional and friendly, and my ultrasound tech (Mire) was an angel! As we all know, it can be uncomfortable while youre being examined. She was gentle, compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldnt ask for more but they continue to deliver by providing the imaging results to the doctor and me in 2 days. A BIG thank you NorCal Imaging!!

Efficient and professional. They gladly went above and beyond to help me coordinate a CT scan with workers comp, making the whole process much more pleasant and expedient than it otherwise would have been.

I’m very pleased with my service. The staff are quite friendly and efficient. Quickly checked in and was having my MRI before I knew it. After the test, they gave me a copy on CD and I was out the door with a smile. Really appreciate that they give a discount if you are a local resident and self-paying. I hope I don’t need another test, but would go back to them if I do.

Front office staff and technician are very professional. They started my appointment on time and procedure done promptly. The technician Amy Quintos was very friendly. The facility is easily located, plenty of parking and most of all clean. From now on, I will choose NorCal Fremont and will not go back to NorCal San Leandro anymore because the staff in SL is the exact opposite of of the Fremont staff I described.
