I’ve had three different deliveries not delivered thru this company bc my home is “not accessible”...I live on a residential road with no gates. No other carrier has ever had an issue. Day after day they say “out for delivery”, then “not accessible”. I called the company 4 times to resolve. Eventually drove 45 mins to pick up the deliveries from their hub. 1 star bc the customer service was always nice.
Right away they put me on dock slow unloading bcz they breakdown whole load for unloading !!Over all best experience

This has happened so many times anything I buy once I see it been shipped with ontrac I know I won’t get it . Fremont office is really bad will say delivery which is a flat out lie or out for delivery for who know how long maybe even yrs for some pplBeware I would not use this service
This is by far the worst delivery service around. I paid for expedited delivery on a x-mas present. It arrived at on-trac on Dec 13th and was supposed to be delivered on 12/14. As of today (12/23) I still have not received this item and I cant go pick it up without the senders approval. This location is 8 miles from where they are supposed to deliver. Every day I check on the status it moves out a day. Absolute terribe operation. If I could give it a zero I would.
They had a lot of catch up to do compare to FedEx or UPS.The software parts alone is already like 10 years behind. For example, Still using the symbol window CE PDA for package tracking.. Its heavy and bulky.Security is very weak for a big company like this. Outside stranger can easy walk in the building.

Just like every review mentions - THEY DONT DO THE JOB THEY ARE HIRED FOR. It seems their drivers lie about packages being delivered exactly as you asked, but you will never find it and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Would give negative stars if possible
They deliver the package that I never received and on contacting them, they replied that driver delivered it correctly. If driver delivers it correctly, why I would lie for my baby product which I wanted urgently. I thought of contacting them Facebook and I am not surprised that there is another page that I found which says “ontrac sucks”. And I dropped the idea to contact them further. Please do not use their service, it’s scam.
On-track implied my package was delivered, but it was not. No one picks up the phone and no one replies to emails.
This facility is the best.....I met a subcontractor through this facility by the name of Chris D, he was very helpful and took the time to walk me through the procedure of picking my package. My package was very important work material and time sensitive. Chris informed me that my location was in his area of delivery and that if I have a package that very important and time sensitive leave a note for him and he will make it a priority with his driver.
Worst experience ever. Never got the package (its been 3 weeks) . No delivery attempts were made but online it shows first they thought my house was a business unit then 3 attempts were made. In reality nobody came. Whats the point the lying, i was at home the entire time. I don’t know how such company even exists in 2020.And I cannot even get my money back from best buy coz the order is already shipped. God knows where my package is.
Driver is a liar they never made an attempt to deliver my package and it was so important for me. Horrible customer service. I’m going to report them to the better business bureau
If only I didnt have to travel to get my package from the office, it would be nice if there drivers where more professional and if they had a Oakland or Alameda location
My people have observed that when it gets near the end of the day these drivers just turn around and don’t even work till the end. I’ve been notified that I was having something delivered on a certain date by the Home Depot and I just laugh cause I know it’ll be a date late. Wish they were not a shipping option for Home Depot!
Get a fair number of packages. OnTrac is time, and a dependable tracking system. When I get packages through FedEx and UPS it always seems to take longer. Anyway, never had an issue for this reason give it five stars. 🖐
I have a 3 day shipping and it supposed to be in my front door by at least 4th day from dec 3. Now, its already dec 12 and the status is still “delivery on the next business day” for the fourth times. If this company cannot keep up just shut down your company. All companies should not use this courier because it will also reflect on their business. Writing a review is already a waste of time but I have to do it. I hope I can escalate this to BBS.
Every single package, seriously, EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE that gets shipped to me through OnTrac is either multiple days late or gets lost entirely. I even moved across multiple states and it is still an issue.And when I try to call to figure out where my package is, no one can help me because no one knows where my package is because no one scanned it ONCE anywhere.Do you not train your drivers? Do you not have a tracking system? Is one of your chief officers a dragon that sleeps on a mountain of lost packages?Do not use this company. Refuse orders from sellers who ship from this company. Fedex, UPS, USPS, international carriers? I havent had a single issue with one of them ever. I have literally had nothing but poor experiences with OnTrac.
Zero star if I could. Avoid them at all cost. The delivery of my packages was delayed due to what they claimed unexpected event with no explanation, ETA or response for almost a week. Then after many calls and hours of waiting, they finally confirmed that I could pick up my packages at this site. But when I got there, they said my packages which arrived for > 6 days were still in trailer and not ready for pick up. (Why did they ask me to come?) No ETA again when I asked ... I finally gave up. WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

Offtrack in Fremont is the probably worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. This is about the 5th time this year that they where used for free shipping option from Home Depot and Amazon and the packages are never on time, up to two weeks!!I believe they do not have enough packages for everyday deliveries to certain cities so they wait until they have a full truck at the end customers expense! How are they still in business?
My package didnt even leave the facility. 3 days, every day it says REDELIVER ON NEXT BUSINESS DAY. will i ever get my package??
Horrible wait time to speak to customer service! I paid for Next Day Shipping and its been a week already and still no package. I actually have 3 packages on route and 3 have been delayed! I leave soon out of the country and really hope I get my packages before that!
The deliverers fail to read and follow specific instructions which causes your delivery of packages to be delayed or even worst missing . this happened twice to me with this company and unfortunately my favorite store partners with them . I may have to find a new store. I cannot afford for my packages to not show up on time or become missing.

I do not recommend to use ontrac as your shipping carrier because this is the 2nd time they delayed my delivery. I payed for a 1 night delivery and was so excited to get it tomorrow, so in the morning around afternoon i check the status and it says it was attempted to deliver at 11:11 AM. I was so mad because that was a lie because i open my store at 10 AM everyday so theres no way he would say that. I AM REALLY PISSED OFF ON ONTRAC. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME EXPERIENCED THIS

People have lots of trouble with OnTrac, as you see from other reviews. I finally called Ontrac customer service after a few incidents when items were delivered by tossing them over our 8-foot fence. Ever since that phone call, packages are delivered to my door, up three flights of steps.I havent had a single problem since then. Customer service really got my message and passed it along to the delivery person. So if youre one of those still having delivery issues, a phone call might clear things up.
I would give 0 stars instead of 1 star if I could. This Ontrac location is really unprofessional, I prefer using any other delivery service than ontrac. Ive had 3 different situations this week with ontrac leaving packages at my door when requested not to & even if I have a signature required on the package, theyll still leave the package without a signature. The delivery drivers are so lazy that they dont even bother to knock on the door but instead theyll just leave the package at your door. I live in a very high traffic community where packages could easily steal my packages. Ontrac cant even follow simple instructions. The closest ontrac to my home is 4-5 cities away from me, thats too far for me to have my package held for pickup. The usps, ups, & fed ex delivery service are all more local, professional & knows how to follow instructions.

Ordered a product that was suppose to be at my house on the 17th. The tracking said it arrived at the Fremont center on the morning of 17th and it has yet to be delivered to my house 40 minutes away from the facility. So it looks like its been sitting there un-touched for three days. The item was needed by today. Sunday August 20th but obviously thats not happining. What happened to OnTrac they use to be a good shipping company?

I called customer service to schedule a pick up they couldnt find my package hours later they located it. Im still havent received it, they were supposed to deliver it today but they sent it to Arizona last night for some odd reason an now they are saying I wont get my package till the 14 smh
Ordered a tablet never recieved it. The was looking for there driver for 4 days untill I finnaly contact the seller and recieved my money back. They leave packages on the porch or it will say delivered n they never even come to your house. I wated gor my package al day to get a delivered notice but no one showed
They have very bad parking, very few spaces, very very very far from the customer service entrance, which the door is locked..... AND they had 1 more package in the back that they didnt give me when I walked out, They had to deliver again later...
They put you on hold for 1 hour then tell you they call back in 30 min they never have a direct answer for you
