Reading reviews here gave me a scare as I was expecting a package. The delivery person called me and I missed the class 🙆 and got a text from them and texted back asking if they could deliver tomorrow and she assured me she will deliver it that day night itself and was very nice about it. Forgot to get her name but she was very nice.

The office is at the back, you need to pass a bunch of dhl trucks to locate it. Tip: if you intend to pickup here, go online to put a hold on the package so that it doesnt go out for delivery.Loved the say hello in... Check image 😊

Terrible signage. Took me three parking tries to find the correct spot.The hours make it extremely difficult to pick up a package after work.The staff saved the day from disaster. Horrible service! Ive used DHL number of times in the past 2 years and every time its a new issue. But the 1 star is specifically for the service I got at the Fremont location and the 2 female workers there. When I went to pick up my package which they confirmed was at the location, the worker simply couldnt help me retrieve the package just because it was not removed from the containers yet. Well, bring it out now? The package was supposed to be delivered at my doorstep and because they were backed up due to COVID and my delivery was showing a delay of 5+ days i go up there and they simply sent me with no help to come back the next day.

Truly amazing people work here.They didnt give up and searched for half an hour and finally got me the package I needed urgently.One of my shipments was delayed and arrived to this facility on Friday morning. The online status said the package couldnt be delivered before Monday. I was willing to opt for pickup as I needed it urgently. I called the phone helpline 3-4 times, but got the same response that even pickup wont be possible today.I decided to drive down to this place and try my luck. Had to wait for half an hour, but left delighted with the package in my hand. 😄

Worst service ever. They don’t provide proper customer service, their systems are not even updated, you need to keep giving the same information again and again though you gave it already. The delivery person won’t even come to your house, but you will get a message saying the delivery was attempted but no was at home. If you call the customer service, they ask you to check the website, which is poorly maintained and the tracking updates on it aren’t even updated on time.Their service is really really bad. One of the stupidest logistic system I have ever encountered. The updated the notes to add additional info to make the delivery guys life easy and pushed my shipment date to the next day. Call the 800# to ask to hold the package in transit before its scheduled delivery day, the service person answered the request with professionalism resolution. Hopefully picking up at the service station (Fremont, CA) has the same high quality, professional service attitude. (This was done around 8:30am)And now is 11am, I just picked up my package. Got an auto mesg about my package, I showed up and pick it up within 5 mins. Very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic.

The service here is so pathetic! My mom sent me a package of food items (17kg) from India. It was supposed to be delivered to me within 4 days. But instead they sent me a redelivery request, which i figured since they might not have the gate code required. So, i attempted redelivery and gave them the required gate code, and also added my phone number, in case they had any confusion. They said redelivery will be attempted on the next day. It had been 2 days and my package was still not received. So I called the customer service, and they said that they did not have the gate code, to which i told them that I had provided all the required information. They said that they will deliver it after another 3 days, or I need to pick it up from the store! What kind of service is this? Unreal! Me being a student, i do not have a car, and am supposed to go to the service point, which is 10miles away from my place, and carry 17kg? I can not wait for them to deliver too, since the package contains food items, and will get spoilt. Worst experience ever!

Disorganized, unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable. I had a package from abroad with sensitive information, which they advised will be delivered by end of day. I gave up at around 8:45pm because i have some prior commitments at night. I found out through my Ring video that end of day for them is 9:00PM and later. No notice was left on my door to notify me of my options and their next attempt. I found out later that they delivered my package to the wrong house and without my signature! They did not only waste my time but also compromised my personal information by handing it off to an unauthorized person!If this kind of service works in other countries, they should realize it does not work in the US and they should be accountable.

Bad experience with delivery. We were home waiting for the delivery and at the end of the day its marked as delivery unsuccessful as we were not home ! There wasnt a sight of dhl van in the area ! Package contains time sensitive items and now they cant deliver until 3 more days because of holidays, ridiculous.

Ordered my package on Nov. 28 yes it was thanksgiving so didn’t expect to see my tracking info right away. Well got all my tracking info on Nov. 30 saw that it was scanned and sent to a facility in Compton CA. Package would arrive between Dec. 2- Dec. 9. Well checked my tracking details to see where it was at and to find out it has the same statutes everyday that I have checked. Dec 7th comes and I see that my package has now been expected to arrive on Dec. 11th. When I checked where it was lasted scanned it was still in Compton and had just arrived at the facility. So it took a week from Nov. 30th to Dec7th to arrive at the facility in the same city only to just being processed. I live in CA so I shouldn’t have taken long for my package to get to me. It took them a week to get to a facility in the same city. will never do business with DHL again.

Address is so clear, they always fail to deliver in right time and right place. The shipment status is not accurate. The customer support is of no use. Worst service I have ever experienced. They are supposed to deliver me 2 boxes in 1 package. They forgot to deliver 1 box and put the status at the end of the day as “Delivery attempted; receipient not at home”. I called them to follow up regarding the same and they said they deliver it the next day. They didn’t deliver it next day morning and I followed up with them in their afternoon and they took 3 hours to investigate only to say that it is the end of business day and they deliver it after the weekend. So much irresponsibility and non accountability. DHL sucks big time. I don’t how they are surviving in this business.

I got a call from DHL yesterday, April 12 saying that I would be receiving a package requiring a signature. If i was NOT going to be at home I should say so.. I have been at home all day, April 13 and NOTHING from DHL. I don’t know who the sender is, i don’t have a tracking number so I can’t find out anything. Can’t imagine FedEx doing business this way. Delivery driver was courteous and my package was delivered on time.. i was thinkng my package wasnt gonna be delivered like what the other reviews but when i called the customer service they checked my zip code and gave me the actual window of my estimated time. On my zip they told me my package will be delivered between 1730 - 2115. That gave me time to go get some groceries.. and sure thing my package was delivered exactly 1948.. thank you DHL.Now i know what to do. Call and ask the delivery window of my zipcode.update:Now that all of my package from japan are shipped via DHL. All of packages arrives on time and sometimes earlier than the given time frame. All pf my packages are handled with care and all delivery drivers were awesome.

I have no actual experience using DHLs services. I just work across the area from them. DHLs Drivers keep parking in other companies spots and it can be very annoying. Otherwise a professional crew and we do have a limited road so it can get congested very easily so a warning for any visitors drive safely, especially in this area!

After 2 weeks delay with proper follow ups, the customer service manager claimed that their staff have provided false information. Even the problem is at their end, they are not deliver the product at my doorsteps. Infact I have to wait for 2 weeks and later I should pick it up at one of their office itseems. I ordered something off Amazon and the seller used DHL. They informed me my package would be delivered yesterday. I wait at home all day and nothing. By 6pm I call customer service and am told that my package is on the truck en route to be delivered to me by 9pm. 9pm comes and again, nothing. I call and this time they say that my package was never even loaded onto the truck and would be delivered today. So they basically LIED to me and made me wait at home all day like a damn fool for nothing. Ill never buy from another seller that uses this lousy courier again!

I got text message from them saying that it will be delivered May 30th. Package was dispatched around 11 AM that day. At 10 PM, I checked the status, and it said that the package was rescheduled for the next day. It was dispatched the next day, but the delivery failed, because they claimed that no one was home to receive the package, which is untrue. Same thing happened the next day, so I requested that they deliver my package to a pick-up facility, because I feared that it would fail again and be sent back to the shipper.On the day (June 5) that they were supposed to deliver my package to a pick-up facility, it was dispatched, and again rescheduled for another day. I called customer service, and the service rep said that my package was missorted and will take priority today.Today theres been no updates regarding the package. Again I spoke with a service rep, and they said that my package needs to be sent to a different station to be delivered to the pick-up facility. Why? Why didnt this happen on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday morning?I work in logistics, and this is truly unacceptable. This is probably the last time Ill ever use DHL.

I went there for an interview and they spoke to me as if the position for on call delivery driver was a crown jewel position and if called the first time and I refused that would be it.They expected me to be desparte that I would be willing to run the distance to them in the next 5mins if they called.The interviewer was a kid and an older gentleman they wanted you to beg them for the job. Because they were offing 28.00 an hour for class B driver the ad said full time position but once you got to the interviewer he said you had to start from the bottom as on call.

Great getting something from one country to another. Getting it delivered a few cities away? nope. they cant seem to do it. The driver LIED about is attempt to deliver on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. I cant talk to someone at the shipping center? Why? Are they all incompetent like their drivers? Ive never had more frustration trying to get something delivered.Just give me my package. This hub is terrible! was expecting an express package today that needed a signature! Delivery cut off time was 7pm. And what do you know, I get a text alert saying delivery was attempted at 6:56pm. Flat out lie as I have been sitting home all day waiting for it. Light was even left on for the deliver. It was obvious the driver didnt even attempt to deliver. It would not surprise me if he wasnt even in the area and went home early. Lazy, lazy, lazy BUM!

The worst company for shipping anything. My package was shipped by the sender on the 24th of October from Italy. DHL sent a text message that delivery to my house will take place on the 26th of October. All I can express is frustration so far. Everyday there was a different story about why the delivery was not made including that the driver could not find my house. I had to call everyday to inquire why the package was not delivered. They did not have the courtesy to even inform me that package will not be delivered while I kept waiting for the package.I live less than 10 miles from their warehouse in Fremont and today is the 31st of October and I do not have my package. I even offered to pick it up in person and they said okay. When I went into their Fremont office they could not find my package. Somebody needs to do a better job in managing operation.

Dhl offers fast reliable service. Now that they give me the option of rerouting my packages to Santa Clara I can easily pick up after work and do not have to worry about being home when I expect a package.The location in Santa Clara is open 7 days a week and accepts pre paid dhl dropoffs, ideal for when I have to return items that do not fit or I do not like.

DHL in general gets stuff shipped without much damage and fast, but wish they gave a better estimate on the time they plan on delivering. Fedex would give you a timeframe and at least a scheduled date.For this Fremont office, dont bother calling these people at the Fremont office. On Jan 14th, no one picked up the phone. Was on hold forever.

Extremely bad.When the shipment reached Fremont dispatch center. The associates gave me a call but no one responded and disconnected the call. I called back and they said that the address was incorrect and that they were calling to confirm the address. They even told me that they would deliver it next business day. The next day I got another call that my shipment was left at a different postal pickup location and that I need to pick it up before 7:00 PM.I DID NOT SELECT IT FOR PICKUP.THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECT.THEY WERE PAID EXTRA FOR THE SHIPPING AND THEY WANT ME TO COME PICK UP AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Everytime I have my package routed to the Fremont facility online they send it to San Fransisco. I have to call before I drive all the way out to fremont everytime to confirm its there and 3 times in a row it was really in SF. The local staff has always been very helpful but at a corporate level Im disappointed in this companys inability to get tools and processes in place to make their logistics accurate and customer centric. I just expect a headache when I see DHL tracking numbers now. I feel bad for the employees who have to deel with upset customers all day because the business cant get it right.

My package from bank with new cards were delivered to an unknown person in the neighborhood apartments. This package required my signature on delivery. I was lucky enough that this person came up at night and gave it to me. Till then I kept on calling support and all they were saying that the package is already delivered when I am the person to which that had to be delivered. The service is so bad that making me writing my very first google review.We were at home all day and all we got was a door tag. There is a little bit Sync issues that go on between the actual facility and the customer service. I was told by the customer support that the package was ready to be picked up but it was not.
