Nice and spacious place. Has a lot of machines and enough space for a lot of people. Prices are alright. There is a small store inside for getting detergent and other laundry products.There are vending machines to get some snacks and drinks while you are waiting for your laundry to be done. Parking is a little tight outside the building. But overall a good place get your laundry done.

Ive had a pleasant experience mostly at Lees. Until one of the Asian men decided to open, and leave open one of the largest washing machines where I had a very expensive new tool bag. I found a person lingering about ready to take it, as I approached. Im not sure if the Asian man was snooping or hurrying me up to take it out, because I was using one of the largest and most expensive washing machines- as to keep it rolling to make money. I time my washes there anyways so I arrived at least a minute after it stopped. Either way it was a queer move on his part to place my bag at risk. Could be the beginning of the decline of this Laundromat.

Every wash machine works, every dryer works, they have a good business schedule for all customers and I dont have to worry about coins anymore.

The laundry place I went to had a fire so I found this place. I was pleased with how big it was many washer and dryers. Perfect the best part besides being clean is the extra large fans.

I come here every Saturday great wash and dry .. but the elderly attentant is so RUDE he walks away when I ask for help when the machine is not operating properly and ignores me when I ring the bell even when he sees me doing it and yells if he repeats himself mostly the bathroom code. Family buisness or not thats not how you treat paying customers that come here day and night.

The machine ate $10 that I put in to get a laundry card. After telling the attendant, she called me a liar, saying the machine doesnt accept $10 bills and would not give me my money back. I told her to check the cameras and she said no because the machine doesnt accept $10 bills.Dont come here.

The attendant during Monday is rude. My clothes is done drying and she was cleaning that area and she’s not even let me take my clothes from the dryer. She already saw me and she let me wait until she’s done. She always do that every time I was my clothes. And she knows that I’m using the dryer but she still removing the dirt under the dryer and the dirt goes to my clothes. She should do the cleaning when no one is using the washer and dryer. I’m so disappointed.

This place is out of control. People not wearing masks that refuse to listen to owner. Wild children running everywhere. Some woman put her clothes in my dryer and I could not believe it!

The dryer I used was not cleaned properly. My blankets got so much of random peoples hair (varying length, color, and thicknwss). So gross.

Waste of my time. The owner keeps changing the last wash time. Even the signs on the window are conflicting each other.I got there a couple times when he changed the times again, and he would not let me wash. Totally wasted my time going there.Save yourself some time. Dont go there.I wont go back anymore.

Had a bad experience today I noticed that the card machine was not putting the full money into the card and it happened to more the one person. They still had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong until I told them to show me the video footage that supposedly they saw more then once! after proving them wrong they put the money back.pay attention and speak up don’t let it happen to you!

The old Asian man was that was the supervisor was condescending. When I asked where could I put the quarters he pointed towards the sign and told me to “go read”. Irrespective of any cultural differences this level of customer service or condescending tone is not acceptable or tolerated in America. He is lucky I decided to walk out rather that read him up & down for speaking to me in any kind of tone.

This was my first experience in a laundromat outside of Colorado and oh my I was impressed. This was the cleanest one I have ever walked into and other customers were friendly. Also, the kids minded the space of others and played nicely. Unlike my experiences with children in Colorado, where parents did not pay attention and let their kids be wild, disrupting to others. Ill be coming back!

Very clean place!!! I was confused at first about the card system, but the lady was super nice in explaining it here. She also showed me the cheaper washer for $3.50 when I almost used the $4.50 one. She noticed I didnt have much laundry to do... Ive never seen a laundromat with so much folding table space!

This place sucks!

Lots of washers and dryers. Stays crowded. Get there before 10:00.am or forget about it. No more quarters to pay with. You buy a card and keep adding money to it. Much better! I love going to the one in Fremont. They have the big dryers. It take up to 4 loads of clothes.

Very convenient location, usually very busy on weekends however less of a crowd during the week, A LOT of machines but would suggest more of the largest size washers and dryers, bathroom is NOT sanitary and they almost ALWAYS run out of toiletries. If the bathroom wasnt so bad and if they had more larger sized washers and dryers I wouldve given a 5 star rating.

Where to start; the worst thing about this place is the fact that you have to purchase a card to begin a load, it cost $1.00 to engage in business with the place., that is ridiculous! Now although the owner did eventually help me figure it out, he was somewhat patronizing when explain the whole card thing with me, which makes me say to management you need better customer experience. I am not saying I need a catered experience, but some politeness is a good start.Secondly, the loads cost around $4.25 which is a bit on the high end compared to other sites. Finally, the dryer was not very efficient in drying so it took longer than the average time I should have spent there. Overall I definitely would not recommend this place if you have another option nearby, although clean this place is lackluster at best giving it a 3/5.

I went to this laundromat for the first time today. And I read the instructions that I had to get a laundry card. So I inserted 1 dollar, got a card and inserted an additional $6 which I thought was adding money to the first dollar that I put on the card. But after inserting seven dollars I only had a six dollar balance. So I found the attendant and told him the machine shorted me one dollar. He explained that the card cost one dollar so the balance was correct. This is ludicrous !Why should anyone have to pay a dollar for a laundry card just so they can pay more money to wash their clothes. When I complained to the attendant, he said “ You can use the card for a lifetime.” I can use Visa and American Express for a lifetime too and every few years they send me a new card at no charge.I am already paying to wash my clothes why should I have to pay for a card that allows me to wash my clothes and there’s no other option to pay here. Look for another laundromat

The positives: The facility is clean, manned, good hour of operation and fully functional machines. The Negatives: During weekdays parking is terribly lacking because of the school that shares the parking lot, On Sundays the customers are super greedy with the laundry carts, and it could use more dryers to washing machines (since drying takes longer than washing, a bottle neck does occur on dryers).

They even recycle detergent containers!! You forget you are even doing laundry!! Unbeatable prices, and the reloadable card makes it so easy!! Multiple locations!

I really hate doing laundry....until tonight. Ha! This is the cleanest laundromat Ive ever seen! The attendant anticipated my questions, kindly & patiently explained how to use the pay card, showed me all the machines available & even brought me a step stool because Im too short to reach the soap dispenser! The CLEANEST laundromat. They even wash out the detergent dispensers. Ive been going there almost 6 months and they have never had a washer or dryer out of service. Hands down the best.

I love this place of all the laundry places this one is the best. its very clean, i always see the guy cleaning the machines and making sure the place is nice n tidy and the quarter machine is Awesome!

One guy complaining about paying a dollar for the card?? Im sure you would rather use quarters then they charge you more per load because they have to pay someone to gather the quarters moron.... You cant beat this place and the prices. My only issue is that if you look in the dryers sometimes some of the holes are bent or broken which can damage your clothes. Most likely from idiots putting non clothing items in the dryers. They should inspect them once in while for that and repair if needed.

With our increase number of homeless its definitely apparent they too wash cloths and have pick this place to do it. The staff maintains the place on the plus side.

Very clean and spacious. Many machines of varying sizes and prices to use. You must purchase a deposit card for $1, then add money using only bills. Coins or credit card are not accepted (as far as I can tell). There is an office with detergent for sale and they can give you bills on exchange for coins if needed. They also have wifi.

I love this place - safe - clean- everything works plenty of room to fold cloths - attendant always there - I do my own Landry at home but every once in awhile I get behind - I pack it all up and in two hours I’m done - most important is you feel very safe here!

Best laundromat in central Fremont, the big machines for $4.5 washes a little more than two times the regular load and does a great job. I have been coming here for a year now and never thought of charging because its very convenient with its nice vending machines, back parking and waiting area with TV and take dollar bills for the machines card.However the employees are too grumpy maybe they own the place or are over overworked idk but they always help when asked.

This is the cleanest laundry facility in town. The big screen TVs and arcade like games keep you busy while waiting for your laundry to finish. The hours of operation is convenient and is in a safe location.

Went to this laundry mat today for the 1st time & ask the attendant for help. Rather than answer my question, he barked at me and told me to “read” when I asked again he pointed and said “read”. After reading another review from a black woman on this who also said he is rude and condescending, the only conclusion I can come to is this old Asian man is a RACIST! Stay away if your not white or Asian. Also, why should anyone pay a dollar to use a card because a laundromat doesn’t take change.

Everything its ok only complain I have is for some people that park very close sometimes blocking the access ramp

It’s a clean laundromat, but like others have said, the card costs $1 which isn’t ideal. Also, I was using a washing machine there when the code “F2” was displayed on the screen and the machine failed to put any water in. The attendant told me that there was nothing he could do and I would just have to pay for another load. Needless to say, we’ll be finding somewhere else to go.

I have been coming here every time i need to wash my laundry. Today as i was there 2 fights broke out between students. Right in front of my 2 year old daughter. Im livid. Why do they allow students at the laundromat who are not paying. I will not come back due to these fights.. My daughter was so scared

Very impressed! Lot of big machines. Everything was super clean. I went in the AM on a weekday so it was very busy. They have their own card system which was very easy to use. Atm machine on site as well. I like the industrial sized machines which made it my life easy as i dumped everything in one machine. They have clear instructions on how to use everything so no confusion.I felt it was a bit on the pricer side but it was worth it for the neat environment and clean machinary. Definitely will go back.

BEST laundromat Ive ever been to! I saved at least $10!!!LOTS of washers and dryers of varying cost and size made for a magnificently efficient laundry day! Dryers dried extremely FAST!!! All 10+ dryers I used consistently dried fast! The floors were swept and mopped, the machines were sparkling clean (inside and out), lots of windows for bright natural lighting, very spacious with lots of open space and open doors, big fans stationed throughout augmented the clean a fresh well ventilated work environment, lots of extremely long duel level counters made folding as easy as can be, lots of nearby trash receptacles (emptied & with liners), sink with water access seemed to be popular, fully stocked snack and drink vending machines, a few arcade machines, wifi password visible for easy access, (I think I may have even seen a tv or two?), a very well stocked in-house store with fairly priced detergents, bleach, softeners, dryer sheets, hangers, tote bags..., lots of parking both in front and rear with ramps for easily loading and unloading, lots of laundry carts conveniently parked at both - front entrance as well as rear door, happy friendly people offered short greetings, attendant readily available and very helpful, great service, $1 card purchase offset by a $2 credit for loading $20...Management:Congratulations on a magnificent all-encompassing vision! So well thought out/planned...Thank u for setting the bar high in excellence! Your care really shows through your maticulous stewardship! Thank u!

Does not take quarters...I came with a bag of quarters and the machines use a card that you have to purchase...then the machine to purchase cards only takes $1 bills...so I had to use their ATM to get more money and of course there is a charge to use their ATM too...surprise surprise! Wow...
