Its a great place to get a lot of things done at one place. Its a bit busy and crowded at times. But the owner and people working there are very kind and helpful. You can get your print, photos for different country passport, notary, shipment services with FedEx, UPS and others.

Amazing customer service. Took care of me in minutes even though she was busy and had a line. I love supporting businesses like this because she works hard and does great work. Will refer anyone who needs live fingerprint scanning.

The owner is always so amazing!! She knows me by name and is always so quick and helpful getting packages out for me. I got here over the post office even though its further away.

Needed photos for my family to apply for passport due to an emergency. The photos are very high quality and they printed them literally in 5 to 10 minutes. The other day the passport agency needed more photos, I called this company they printed them without asking me for money first and since my job is in San Francisco, and by the time Id pick them up they were gone, the lady printed the photos and handed over to a restaurant that is open until late in order to help me. That night I was able to pick up the photos from restaurant and directly drove my wife to Oakland Airport. Who else can help a stranger like this in the super materialistic world. I cannot wait to do business with them again. Thanks.

Niche Business Cafe is the best in the entire Bay Area and I give them 10 out of 5 stars! I went there for a live scan service after being sent away by two other businesses for an obscure reason why they couldnt do it even though they offered the service also. Not so with Niche Business Cafe because Avinash was amazing and welcoming, and made this process easy. I wish I had gone there first instead of the other two businesses because it would have saved me years of worry of how to do this process after the other businesses refused to help me. From now on I will always go to Niche Business Cafe for every service they offer even though I have to drive there from South San Jose, thats how great their service is!

It was a Sunday afternoon i needed a notary to be done . The gentleman here was closing for the day but opened up the store for me and did my job. i would give more than 5 stars because he helped me out in my situationgreat store, great management. Would recommend everyone to come here for notary

The woman at the counter(Ivana i guess) is super duper helpful. She is very fast, got my work done quickly and very proactive. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to send PPR, passport photos(conpetitive cost), or just any of your photo/digital needs. Also available are passport photos of different countries. They know exactly what to do and wont tell (like Walgreens does) they cant do. It is the best place for all your Canada PR needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady was so rude to us. We just were trying to take visa pictures and unpleasant while taking pictures. She sent the pictures to wrong email (same issue happened when my fiancé went to take his pictures earlier this month) and then yelled at us for not trusting us and we would get our pictures. If I could give zero stars I would and I will never recommend to friends or family.

The lady was very rude for doing business, she said she is doing a favor for giving me passport photo for which i was paying for the service.

Super helpful, super fast

I was printing out fliers for my club’s event but the print outs didn’t turn out as we’d expected so we had to reprint them. We offered to pay for the misprints and the woman then began raising her voice at my mother; I didn’t really appreciate this. Considering that we were paying for the misprints I don’t think that she should’ve responded in such a manner.
