The folks at Fremont Business Park at Christy and Albrae Street in Fremont, CA are outstanding. The property Manager, Lee Jatta is very personable and accommodating. makes everything run very smooth from reserving conference rooms to answering all kinds of questions I have. They have less than $1000 Micro space which is perfect for me to use for starting my business. Buddy Parsons, President of Borelli Investment Company which is managing Fremont Business Park, very friendly, knowledgeable, knows what he is doing and what tenants need. Very happy to work with them. Definitely will recommend other friends to them. Additional, the office building is 5 minutes walking to Auto Park Mall, great restaurants, Costco, also they have almost all car dealership there including BMW, Acura, Honda, Lexus, Porsche, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan. I like this location a lot!
