Agent was very helpful and full of hope.Did not the scattering options information, but had number of agent and was fully informed on everything I called for. The insurance for the pick up for remains from any location is extremely comforting. I have life insurance that will pay for my final arrangements, but it could take days before the family gets the money. Trident would be in action before then which is great.Getting one for my son who is disabled, but may outlive me. I want his remains to be cared for with dignity. And I know that will be done for him through Trident
The Trident Society helped me process and handle the loss of my father. Everyone I spoke to was extremely compassionate and understanding. They had an excellent understanding of their processes, and were able to lead me through with no problems. I recommend this office and service to my friends and family.

My husband had a fatal heart attack with no warning signs. I knew how I wanted my husband’s body handled but had no idea whom to contact or what steps were involved. We did not a “viewing” or a formal service. Simple cremation is all I wanted. A friend recommended the Trident Society so I contacted them. Steve and everyone else I spoke to in their office were angels....very efficient, kind, and professional. The cost was in the neighborhood of what I thought was reasonable.
