Contacted this company because my PC had been running slow for some time and I figured it could use a tune up so to speak. When I first called it went to their voicemail however I received a call back in about 15 minutes. Spoke with a guy by the name of alex and he discussed their services. They came out the next day exactly the time they said they would. The tech was prompt, answered my questions and took a look at my computer. Ultimately he needed to take it back to their shop with him to perform the repairs as there were some viruses or whatnot on there. I believe he said it was called malware or something to that effect. In any event they had it back in my hands the following day. They delivered it back and set it up and went over a few things with me and answered the additional questions I had. If you ever have a problem with your computer dont think twice and go there. I had the best customer service ever i was having problems with my laptop and i went to some other places where i spent time and money until i found sitexcomputer. My lap was not turning on they let me know what was the problem right a way something with the main board. after a four days i had it back and its working fine since then, so if you have a problem with your laptop this is the best place that i can recommend.

I will have to say that if i ever have a problem i will go there such an honest ppl. really good customer service and fast as well. im really happy if some one reads this dont think twice go there and give them the opportunity to help you. i am pretty sure you will be happy too.

We have been associated with Sitex Computer for the past few years and have received exceptional service, thoose PS3s are hard to fix, but Sitex, managed to repair my beauty.

I wish I could give them zero the man has no manner and he told me diagnositc is free then when I decdied to get a new laptop he asked for 79 dollar and when I refued to pay becuze it sayf free estimate he got mad at me and refused to gave my laptop back. take your business somewhere else

Scam artist lost my computer and all my data avoid using this place.lost my computer and wanted to gave me a crappy laptop.

Kept my laptop for 3 weeks and still not done so I had to take it elsewhere not recommend this place.
