I called them back on August 27 and left a voicemail.. they called me back on September 10 9 business days later and guess what..once again I have to leave a voicemail.. bets as to how long itll take them to answer???? 😃🤣🤔 Poor customer service if you ask me. I sure hope Verizon ditches their products asap!!
