Not professional: 1) agreed on a price initially. and pretended it did not happen when dropping off. 2) when I insisted for the price we agreed on earlier, the owner implies it will take weeks unless I pay more for express service 3) came to pick up after the one week wait, turned out it did not even started. 4) after expressed disappointed about the situation, the owner agreed to work on it on the same day, and finished it in 15 mins (the quality of the work is poor, unsurprisingly).

Owner did alterations on my wedding dress a few years ago and she did great work and very quickly! Im going back again to get my cheongsam altered too.

They did a awesome job on my dress. Alterations were done quickly and beyond my expectations. The prices are reasonable will definitely be going to them again for future alternations

Called no answer

The tailor and the owner was very unprofessional & rude. Poor business conduct. Before she could properly hear my request and look at the material she started quoting me price and that it would need to charge me for bottom herm too (don’t know for what and why?) i don’t think she knows what she’s doing. If I want a contrast and a patch work so what. As a designer I am aware of what I am looking for and my mom’s a professional tailor unfortunately she happen to be out of country. So here I see witness this business who just rip off people and degrade customers ability to understand tailoring. She definitely needs to learn customer service, hear us out before showing greed for money.

My go-to place for alterations. They really know how to make clothes fit better for you. Bonus for being able to alter pretty much everything. A bit pricey but I guess thats expected for the quality Im getting.

Unethical and unprofessional: my daugher went to get jeans altered, paid them and they altered it as per their own measurements....my daughter picked it up thinking all will be well, went home, tried it and it was done badly. She went back because they supposedly guarantee their work. Instead they ended up blaming the customer, being very rude in the bargain, and forced her to pay another $15.... my daughter is a very well-behaved lady of 24, and very diplomatic in all her dealings, yet they treated her very rudely and lierally extorted money. We will find a better place next time...

Sorry but I had two pair of pants hemmed -they remain to long - I said as she was pinning that rather have short then long--so bring your prom dress maybe but all others bring eles where. And cant find a pair of my pants I had hemmed as well - I suppose my fault for not keeping track of the tag -But am I the whom has lost a ticket? This experience is unacceptable. I cant be the on ly one with issues. Theyt cant find my $130.00 pair of pain ts I prepaid for the service-Noticed the sign of pay for service ahead of time --that needs to be removed -find anoither place -the persons n ame lets just call her MRS SEW n SEWps- if there was a half star Id check that
