This is the second time I have used Adkins Sanitation for a septic cleaning since I bought my house. Once again, professional and prompt service. From the contact on the phone, to the driver who arrived at my home, it was a fantastic service. The also gave me some good tips on keeping up on the maintenance of my system and better treatment products to buy which I did. I will defiantly be a returning customer.

Service man came out quickly and completed job within an hour. He figured out the source of my problem unlike previous plumbers. I was very happy with the service, highly recommend.

I had the septic tank emptied on May 7th. I needed the invoice right away and called the following Monday because the lady had said that the trucks have a weight scale and they should have the invoice the next day. I called multiple times over the following 3 weeks. All they would say is the drivers are just now turning in their paper work, they will check and call us back. It took almost 4 weeks to get the invoice. They are very slow and do not get back with you.

I was told by the technician I was going to able to make payment plans and they will work with. I havent heard from the company in weeks regarding payment. Was not contacted when or how much was even going to be with drawn. Several weeks later I wake up with an unexpected large withdrawal from the company. Luckily i randomly happen to check my account one morning and got hit with the bill.. luckily I didnt overdraft on my account. Very unprofessional, would not recommend unless you have a nice bank account

Adkins has always provided me with excellent service for pumping out my RV trailer tanks at my seasonal camp sites in Ottawa County. I’ve been fortunate to meet a few of the drivers personally and have found them all to be very professional. I feel that the price for the pump out services are very fair and I have been very happy with all service requests I have made.

Adkins provides good, quality service and Jed Adkins is the guy to go to!! I was skeptical about having Adkins provide service for my septic system due to a previous encounter 7 years ago with an employee. I should have called and spoke to the owner then but didn’t. I had an issue with a riser and lid and the owner Jed, called me personally and handled it quickly, professionally and I couldn’t be happier. Adkins is a company I will always call and trust. A business can’t handle an issue if they are not aware. I’m pleased with their service.

I have to say I am amazed at the work they do. They are very reasonable priced and very prompt. Carlo was amazing. He helped me find where my tank was and dug it up. Called on a Sunday morning.Our pump had burned out because of all the rain the wk before.Jed called me back promptly, he was so courteous on the phone. Thought we needed to have sewer cleaned.He instead told me what to do to get drains and johns to go down. I appreciated his honesty and just a telephone with him..solved the problem! I will use Adkins next time most definitely! You are awesome Jed! Thank you.

Not upfront about cost or knowledgeable. Came out to our house and said they didn’t have an access point to scope the footer tile and then left. Then wanted $100 for coming out doing nothing and leaving. I called another company they came out free of charge and easily scoped the footer tile to find the problem. Don’t waste your time or money.

Outstanding service, I recently had my take pumped and the service guy took the time to explain a bout septic tank maintenance, more then just a service its and education. Do not know many service companys that do that without asking for advice. 5 STARS IN MY BOOK

Helpful, informative and reasonable service price

The driver called when he would arrive at my house to pump our septic tank, professional, explained about the septic tank maintenance, I was able to purchase a yrs supply of Lenzyme to add monthly to help dissolve solids. I would recommend Atkins Sanitation

Do not allow this company to automatically pull payments for your billing! We rent a port a pot while doing renovations on our home. They pulled their normal monthly payment and then decided, 10 days later, to pull another payment during the same month. Which happened to be 3 days before Thanksgiving. Bounced our account and left us with no money to eat on Thanksgiving. When I called to complain, I was told that she (Sarah) wanted to get ahead of billing bcuz she would be out of office for holidays. So to make her life easier, she pulls 2 payments from our account 10 days apart!?! I hope she has a great blessed thanksgiving bcuz now we have no money for food or gas to eat or go anywhere for the holiday. Extremely p*ssed customer!

I had them do work that needs done once a year. It needed redone a couple months after. I called them. The refused to work with me in time due to my schedule and they also refused to wave the service fee. That should not be charged since they should guarantee their work. I had someone else fix it. And I called them and they refused to work with me on price. The woman was very rude and would not accept anything other than full payment and told me I would get interest fee if not paid right now. They are a joke. Never again I have a guy that will service your needs and do the job right

I had a backup in the main sewer line. I called and had excellent customer service from both receptionist and guys who came out. The problem was resolved in under 20 minutes and only paid $100. I highly recommend them to all who need cleaning.

Excellent! Had a problem with my septic backing up and helped me determine it wasnt the tank itself but rather a plugged line before the tank. They didnt have to stop and help me troubleshoot before they left but Im glad they did. Problem was easy to find and fix thanks to their help

Never showed up to empty an outhouse, not once...but twice! When I let them know how upset we were....they pretty much told us to go elsewhere then. If you set an appointment and then just decide screw it and never show up, yep....people are gonna get upset!! And instead of trying to make it right, you tell us to go elsewhere!!! Thats ok....we will also go elsewhere the next time our septic needs cleaned as well! You may be the closest to us, but your not the only one! How do you stay in business if you dont take care of business?????
