We have been coming here for years. No matter what staff is working they are always respectful and caring. Very good work environment I love coming here. I love all the treats they have as well. I highly recommend check-n-go

I can count on one hand how many places Ive given 5 star reviews. And this place here is at the top of the list. Ive never had better customer service. This branch is lucky to have Tami York as their employee. I go out of my to cash my check at this branch because shes working here.

The customer service is very friendly and accommodating. They take time to get to know you. They recognize your face and greet you by name. All around friendly people, who make you feel welcome.

I have been writing check here for months always pay on time and I went in there today and there was a new employee running the counter and she ask for a check stub and i told her that i gave them one last time i was in and she got my file and got the check stub and went to the computer and said that i would only be able to write a check for $100 less than the previous week so watch out because my check stub was shorter than the previous week because I missed a day im out the $100 for the week so i will be paying this check off and never going here again!!! I went here today 7/6/2019 and picked up a check and she did not give me a receipt for the check i picked up of a $148.00 i didnt write another one will not be back

Everytime i come in they do their best to get me the cash advance and get me out. The employees are very good at keeping up at a good pace

The ladies at the Fremont location are so welcoming and kind and yet professional at the same time. I dont feel like Im talking to strangers when Im there. I really appreciate the little thing they do to make the experience great.

I was very happy with the the service the 3 employees showed me. I had driven in from nearby Omaha and I usually do my business at the Omaha Check N Go Branch but being I was driving into Fremont I called the Fremont Branch. I got there 10 minutes before closing time and I still had paperwork and had to get a verification from my Bank,....I have to say at no time did the 3 seems impatient or rush the process but what they did express was 110 percent courtesy. Your very lucky to have this staff representating your company!

Ive Never usedcheck cashing before but I was in need of a new battery for my car so I went to check n go for an advance and the manager Shane was more than helpful with my advance couldnt ask for a better place and more friendly environmenthands down the best place to go if youre looking for an advanced everything was explained thoroughly right to the point and again Shane themanager was more than helpful explaining everything that went into this
