I prepaid for parking at the San Diego International Airport on Way.com. When I arrived to park my car, I was told by the attendant that the lot was full. I explained that I had a reservation and the attendant asked if I had made my reservation through Way.com. She said that Way.com does that regularly. I have not been able to receive a refund yet as the company says they need to do a thorough investigation. I ended up scrambling last second to find parking for 11 days which as you can imagine was inconvenient and far more expensive than prepaying.
You cant guarantee to reserve the parking lot even you completed the process and paid it. I booked the parking lot and got there on time, but the lot was full. A guy who works there gave me a phone number and said, you can call the way.com site and request a refund. Thats it—nothing else. I wasted one more hour to find another space, but I could not find any and used the expensive airport parking to make my flight. I have been requesting a refund and sent prove that I charged another parking fee and waited and wait....... Suggest making a phone call to the parking lot and make a reservation directly or get there early enough to have a space.
This company booked me a PRE-PAID parking reservation for Newark, New Jersey. Upon arrival at the parking lot, I was RUDELY turned away and told WAY had overbooked them. They made NO REFUND offer and offered NO ALTERNATIVES. I then had to find another parking lot, missed my flight, and incurred over $1,000 in expenses. Please DO NOT use this company or any of their facilities. I cannot stress this strongly enough, so you do not suffer the same outcome. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
Do not rely on. For seven nights, we were charged $161. We paid $23/day. Not much of a bargain. As well, when we arrived at our location, Way.com had overbooked by thirty cars! We were turned away, and could have missed our flight as a result. Fortunately, there was a Park and Fly location close by willing to take us. When I called, I received no apology for the situation they put us in. They did, however, refund our account. I will not use again, and do not recommend.
Entire business is build upon misleading customers. Only made things worse, stay away from this company.
I show up to the site they assigned me for airport parking and I am told by the hotel no shuttle is available at this location. The site is 7 miles away from the airport and not even in the same city and in a bad location. uber and lyft rides totaled $40. Their Customer service and Manager did not care when I expressed my concern. I never plan on using this company again and I suggest anyone else considering using this company to find a different company. They do not care about the customer. Very disappointing. Hopefully their customer service improves.
Pre-Paid airport parking. When we got there, we were (beyond rudely) told, that the lot was full and needed to go elsewhere. Told the person working that we pre paid for the parking and was told, rudely again, didnt matter and to contact customer service for refund (WAY.COM). After finding alternate parking, which was not easy, I emailed customer service WAY.COM, on bus ride to airport, and they said they cannot refund me my $90 because I didnt contact them before check in 😲 Called Customer Service and no one picks up .....TOTAL SCAM
DON’T TRUST. Way is a company that shirks their responsibility when their “value added reseller partner” called “AirportLAX” steals your money. I cancelled my parking service and never used it, and they still charged me in full. After dozens of e-mails still no refund, it shouldn’t be that hard to process a refund. Will never ever use them or their “value added reseller partners” again. They are scammers.
They oversold my parking spot and are making it nearly impossible to get a refund. They basically robbed me.
Empty promises and terrible customer service. I tried to use my credit from a previous canceled booking on a new reservation but could not do it on their website. I contacted Way.com for help and John called me and said to book your new reservation and then just deduct the credit from the new booking. To our surprise it could not be done. John said he would call back after speaking with his supervisor. When he called he said he would pay for the new reservation with WayBucks and I would get my refund of $314 in 3-4 business days. I waited 3 weeks and still no refund. I called again and spoke with John and he assured me I would be getting my credit in 3-4 business days. This has been going on for 4 months now with no resolution in sight. I tried to cancel this charge with this company but they told CITI Bank this was a valid charge. Baloney. I spoke with Juan who also reached out to me but could not reach a fair solution. He said he was going to call me back but never did. BEWARE, BEWARE OF USING WAY.COM. SHADY COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY REFUND JUST USELESS WAYBUCKS
They charged my card and did not provide me with a reservation or confirmation. When I asked them about it they claimed the did not see the transaction as soon as I said my bank processed it, they changed their tone. Now they are saying its blocked.. yet my card is still charged.Not a legit business; stay clear
Four young adults used this parking service. The shuttle stranded them at the airport for over 2 hours and they eventually had to pay for Uber to go to their cars. I tried to work with the lot and they either did not answer, were rude or hung up on me. I then called Way and Juan stated they would only credit me for the Uber in way buck. I refused that as I had to pay cash for the Uber. I have been emailing and calling trying to get resolution and now Way.com has stopped responded. I would only use this company if you want to be stranded.
Way.com specifically stated that there was a shuttle running from the Ramada North Temple SLC Airport Parking. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed they hadnt had a shuttle since COVID started. I had to pay for an UBER ride both ways. It would have been cheaper to park at the airport. I will never use this site again.
Id give negative stars of i could!!!Check out the garage reviews separately from Way.com. They tote their vetting of garages. Untrue. Didnt check way.com reviews and believed their 5 star (absolutely fake) reviews about a garage and booked it. Worst experience ever! Not one happy customer! Way.com gets bad reviews too for this and their shabby customer service!!!!!I paid in advance and upon arrival attendant told me no spots were left AND no shuttle service (I had called the day before as recommended but was told no problem just come and shuttle will be there). They tried to send me to their other lot but I didnt know Queens well and they couldnt provide me w an address. I was told google it (and it still didnt come up!) it was chaos and overpacked like sardines! A (kind) stranger (also having a huge issue w this lot) gave me and my 8 yo a ride to the terminal bc couldnt get an Uber fast enough. And not before the attendant hot me up for $28 cash!! Upon returning no one answered my call for a shuttle. After 30 mins got someone. They said 5-7 mins. We waited outside, at 11pm (another customer was waiting longer) for 45-50 mins for the shuttle. When I got in my car after midnight I had to scoop 4 water from the drivers side floor ans remove my soaked mats. Attendant didnt care. When i pulled out my engine light came on and i lost acceleration and eventually began to stall!!! I needed to pull over. I restarted car and it started but acceleration and engine light remained an issue. Next day i saw a huge scratch and dent.Heating coil, battery and damages. Way.com didnt listen to issues ans refunded me my $72 (not the $28) and brushed me off. Kept the garage on their roster.BUYER BEWARE u will see all similar reviews if you LOOK off way.com!! Im still working on who will pay for these damages that are outside the scope of what agreement I signed!
BUYER BEWARE of bait and switch. Booked a parking rez for 5 nights beginning Apr 24 and carefully selected the Hampton Inn Logan Boston as it had 24 hr shuttle service and my flight was arriving at midnight. Before I left for my trip some bonehead changed my parking rez to another cheaper and dicier Rodeway motel lot and I had no choice in the matter.Before I came home I called to double check the shuttle situation. We do not have a shuttle after 8 pm.UM... What??? Sir just take a cab to Rodeweay Inn and we will have your car. I paid additional $20 for a cab, got there and NO CAR! It took an hour for them to find it, and this was well after midnight. Bunch of dullards and morons. NEVER NEVER Never again.

Easy to book online and quick shuttle service to and from the airport. Good, efficient and courteous service by employees. Pleasant experience overall plus good price!If the lot is fairly full and you park in the furthermost spaces, you might have to walk some distance over rough and gravelly blacktop. Bumpy but not unmanageable.
Driver was very attentive and made sure I was walked from my vehicle to the van in the rain with an umbrella. He carried my luggage. Was just as attentive when I Returned it had to be walked back to my vehicle. The price was more than I expected, but I may have misread something. So I will pay better attention next time so that I feel better about what I did have to pay. Even though I paid more than I expected Oh, it was still less expensive and actually parking at the airport parking facility.
We have used this Airport Parking location over the past 5 years and they are outstanding!!! Everything is handled so well and when we return our vehicle is always ready where the shuttle drops us off! On time, quick, and great customer service by all of the employees! And the price is competitive. Keep up the great work!!!

Parked at Hampton Inn BOS on November 6. Just returned tonight November 8. Outbound went fine.. the return was worse than disgusting. On first call I was told driver on the way, just a few minutes. Tenth minutes later, called back. At first couldn’t even get thru. Multiple calls with different answers. Finally showed in an hour and fifteen minutes. Van had other customers with similar delays. I deserve compensation for this. You cannot call this service and I am stopping the credit card payment until I get compensation for this. You are terrible
Cancelled within window but refused a refund despite stated refund policy at time of purchase.... got “Waybucks” instead as so many others who complained to BBB.After seeing their response to this review, I contacted them to once again request a refund; they once again refused.
This was an incredibly easy app to use. I simply chose my parking lot and paid. My reservation was saved in the app. When I arrived, the attendant looked at the reservation, assigned me a spot and the bus arrived to pick me up from my car. Leaving was just as easy. The attendant scanned the reservation again and I was on my way.
You will not get a refund like they promise. They sold me an overnight parking spot for a hotel that doesnt allow overnight parking on that day. They they gave me a refund in waybucks. I dont want waybucks, I want my money back.
For a very long time I have regretted on missing amazing plays, events around me.. This app bridges that gap.. My friends and family have used it to attend varieties of events.. A magic show for kids to a classical musical show with elders.. The facility of subscription has worked well for me as instead of polling different friends group and forum I get notified for the events Im interested in.. Something surely to be given a shot to make best use of your spare time !!
Horrible customer service. I was given misleading information regarding cancellation of my parking order and my attempts to follow through and try to get the order canceled was futile. Customer service quality is below standard and not trust worthy.
NEVER BOOK with Way.com. Way.com is a fraudulent platform because they do not disclose that there business model is based on an algorithm that has inherent capacity limits. This fact is not disclosed anywhere on their website. This lack of disclosure is done with purpose and intent in order to give the consumer the illusion that they are booking a parking spot, when in fact; Way.com bookings are only a “Parking Hold”. Way.com is well aware that if they fully disclosed that their reservations are only holds and that their platform does not guarantee the consumer a spot and that they have no control over the 3rd party vendors right to refuse the parking hold, no one would use Way.com. They screwed us and will screw you if given the opportunity.
Was very easy to book & use the reservation. The rates were around 50% cheaper than I was able to find online or costco. The checkout staff of the airport parking spot just looked into his reservation system and we were good to go within a minute. Will use it again.
Location is good, the arrival was smooth didn’t take very long, waited about 15 minutes to shuttle us to the airport, but we had plenty of time. Arrival shuttle was there waiting, got back and got our car and we were off. Very good can’t complain!
Lifesaver. No more running to the meter to top up. No more paying for 1 hour and ending up parking 10 minutes. Reminders work great. All in all a great service.
Cool :) My first day with the app and its already one of my favorite. Being a college student Im always on a tight budget, so i like how i can see the list of free events around me. I also like how you can choose the categories that interest you, therefore you wont be looking through a bunch of stuff thats just gonna bore you. I would give it 5 stars.
Wonderful app to discover the best comedy, party, theatre, music, dance and other events happening around me. Way lets me discover exactly those events around that I am interested in. Basically does the event searching for me and I dont have to go through 10 other websites to find all the events around me. And Its very easy for booking, parking, dinning, event, restaurant, and lots.
Made reservations for the first time and then the virus hit. On web site it states full credit would be given plus 10% in way bucks if needed to cancel. Of course this looks like they will credit you back to your card and give you 10% for a future stay. No you do not get your money back at all. I have no desire to stay with them again and I will not be traveling for a long time if at all. I am sorry they are feeling the effects of the virus but so am I hence the need to cancel my trip. Why should they keep my money ???? Tried to talk to someone about this and she just kept repeating I will get way bucks and was absolutely no help and besides this whoever I spoke to on the phone was at a place where there was a rooster yelling and yes I said rooster. After this experience I checked the BBB site and WOW can you see that this practice of not crediting people their money back has created a lot of issues. I don’t think I have ever seen a BBB review that was so low and full of complaints. Tomorrow I will be filing my complaint with them then calling my credit card so file a grievance and then going to start calling the hotels who recommended this group to alert them on my experience as well as the BBB that they might want to review before recommending them again.

I used the Way app to book the parking twice near LAX. The daily rates are cheap and the parkings are easy and smooth. I also purchased its meal plans which work perfectly. The app is a great life companion and I love it so much!
Its one of the best event discovery apps that i have used till now. Way constantly keeps showing me a huge number of events right around me irrespective of which city I am in. I always use Way to discover events around me when I am in a new city and it never disappoints. Moreover you can follow your favourite artists and see when you are performing and where right here and thats absolutely wonderful.
I visit many cities I travel around the US and its convenient to have a list of things that Im interested in seeing all in the same app. Its easy to use and even reminds you when your parking will run out. Saves loads of hassle! I havent experienced any trouble with the app not working.

I would not recommend using Way.com. They do not follow what their agents tell a customer. I cancelled a reservation and was told I would get credit back to my credit card however they decided without telling me that they would no longer do that and instead would receive credit to my account. Very poor customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
This has completely replaced any attempts to pay for parking with cash or tickets. I always set it to way more hours than needed, so I now have a habit of having to end parking every time. Works perfectly.

This parking facility is a great way to make your trip to the airport so simple, without relying on anyone to drop you off or pick you up. I was able to pull in to the office, check-in with the App, have my vehicle parked by one of the attendants, and hope on the shuttle for a short trip to the airport. When I returned the process was just as simple and convenient, even after arriving past midnight. This option is a time saver and a money saver!
We were going out of town and wanted easy parking away from the airport! This was the best! A nice bus took us to airport, our car was safe and they picked us up when we came back. Everyone was friendly, professional and courteous! We will use the WAY app again!!
I showed up to the parking lot which was overfilled with cars parked everywhere blocking each other and had to get redirected to another place to park via Way customer service. They shouldn’t sell parking spots that aren’t available like this. This whole experience added stress to my morning before a flight. Should have known that something that cheap was too good to be true.

Parking Booking was a breeze. With hotel shuttle thru and fro to the airport made it very easy. Just see that you plan for the extra time for this reasonable priced option for long term parking. Staff was very responsive.
Very nice experience, but make sure you have your original receipt! They do ask for proof(kind of a pain). If not they try and try you full pop. Other then that would be a 5 ⭐️
I use Way everytime I fly. They are very dependable and friendly. The prices are very reasonable too. I dont have to depend on friends and relatives to drive me to the airport anymore. My car is already there for me to jump in after the shuttle drops me off back at the hotel. Ive referred relatives and they love the convenience too. I will definitely continue to use them.
I enjoyed paying a low price for parking! There was a adjustment on the location hours before drop off....but it was a upgrade from the previous location. Be prepared to have electronic proof of reservation...and keep your entry tickets with you.

Easy to use app, mostly intuitive.Pricing was great for airport parking especially compared to shared ride apps and taxis.I liked the flexibility of having a reserved parking spot due to how early I was flying out.Super annoyed at the incessant notifications. I feel like I need to accept notifications in case there’s something I should know right away regarding parking or my car but for crying out loud, give me the option to opt of of the marketing texts. I don’t need them; I don’t want them. They’re especially annoying when they’re immediately followed up by email. I’ve probably received about 10 notification in about 3-4 days regarding holidays and feedback. STOP!
Usually get a better rate for airport parking through way than through the lot directly. Definitely worth it. However, make sure to check if using a different lot than usual because sometimes its cheaper to book directly with the lot.

Good prices on long term parking. Only problem I faced was in figuring out the lot. The one I reserved was owned by a hotel but the lot was across the road from the hotel with a different name. But once I went there, it was easy to scan the code in email and park.
I have used this location before it’s always easy and the staff is great. 1 warning is to arrive early I have had to really search for a parking space because the lot has been so full. Luckily last time someone was leaving after I circled 3 times. Shuttle is not 24 hours the last shuttle from airport is midnight.

So I booked a parking spot close to Dulles airport with Way. Unfortunately, my trip was cancelled and therefore I had to cancel my reservation which I did 2 weeks ago. They claim that my refund should be reflected in my account within 5 to 7 business days. After 2 weeks no money being refunded. Their so called customer service phone number doesnt work its just an answering machine with a bunch of options. The only way to contact them is via Chart, which is not really helpful. The worst experience ever. I would really put 0 star or - 5 star.
I booked for 2 weeks, but my job cancelled a week early. And although the conformation email stated refund policy as we understand plans change ....if trip us cancelled contact us for a refund I got an email after contacting them no refund would be given. Along with the addition in the refund policy stating such. I had to Contact and copy n past the policy with this highlighted. Any other parking I used never had this issue. Refund was promptly issued. Would NEVER recommend way!!
The garage was hard to find and the information was NOT accurate. The email told us a shuttle would take us directly to the airport from the parking garage (do not go to the hotel it said). When we arrived, they shuttled us to the hotel a block away and then we had to wait 20 minutes for the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport. This was very frustrating. So much so that I didn’t want to have to add an extra 30-45 minutes to my return trip to my car so I paid for an Uber to get back quicker. The only reason I booked this parking was for the free shuttle DIRECTLY to the airport
On February 18, 2020 I paid and reserved a spot at Park N Travel in Oakland. When I flew out on March 6 I showed my confirmation to the attendant. However, when I returned on March 14 I was told I had to pay again. That Way hadnt paid them therefore I had to pay again and then have Way repay me. I was too tired to argue. I went ahead and paid. And it was $ 10 more.I have parked at many sites in Oakland so I know what to compare with. And, I have no complaints about Park N Travel. Staff was friendly and the shuttle was on time. Very unprofessional that Way put the staff and myself in this position. Has anyone else had this problem?Thank you,Judy C.
I made a reservation online, but when I arrived, I was told that the parking lot was full. So I had to find another parking lot which cost me 60 dollars more and almost missed my flight. Of course I asked for refund and they only returned what I paid to they. I thought they should paid the additional 60 dollars as well. Whats more, their customer service was awful. When you are in trouble, dont try to call their customer service number for help, because nobody will answer any question. they only bring you trouble not convenient.problem unsolved don’t trust their reply. Please see reviews from better business bureau. I believe Most of their positive reviews here are fake.

Easy to sign up for parking. Was a good experience overall. The only next step I hope that the company takes is to add a QR code scanner or easier checkout process then having to go to the front desk each time.
This is the 4th or 5th time I have used this parking location. Everything is convenient and the price is right. Unfortunately this time I had the unpleasant experience of riding with a driver who was as rude as can be. This was on our way to the airport, Friday 12/13 around 4pm. The drivers name, I think, was Jordan, an elderly gentleman. He was fine at first but when I asked him when the shuttle leaves for the airport, he said he doesnt want to be pressured and if Im going to pressure him, get off MY bus! I was really shocked because I did not ask him in a demanding way, I simply asked how long between shuttles. Traveling and flying is stressful enough, and this guy ruined the start of my vacation by being so rude and accusatory. Apparently this guys thinks I work for him, and doesnt understand the importance of good customer service. While I like using this facility, there are plenty of other options. I will pay more at another place if Im going to get treated fairly and with respect.
I booked parking in Chicago for midway airport for April 1, 2020. The terms for the lot chosen indicated it was manned 24 hours a day seven days a week upon arrival the gates were chained up I attempted to contact the lot with three different phone numbers I found nobody was at the lot to allow me to park I then called customer service who said they were going to contact a lot and I was hung up on I since have not been able to get in touch with anyone I traveled I ended up paying double the price to to park at the airport. Since I sat at the lot waiting for a call back or assistance for an hour and a half before we had to leave so we didn’t miss our flight. I’ve attempted to call Way.com customer service I have emailed at least three times each time I call I get hung up on I was charged full price for parking in a lot I never could park in. This experience was the worst!
We signed with Way to park at Econo Lodge for a trip to Denver on May 26. First thing we were promised a 20% reduction for our two week parking. That never happen instead they gave of $20 for future parking. Then we arrive at Econo Lodge on the 26th and are told they haven’t had shuttle service since March. They suggested we use Uber. We don’t have an Uber account. We then sought other parking and just made our flight.Contacting Way.com via computer when I had access,they didn’t answer our phone calls, Way advised we contacted them too late and will not issue a credit. They will give us “Waybucks” for a future trip. I still want my credit card credited. Not happy or satisfied.
The hotel shettel bus never came to pick us up from the airport. I had to call hotel and then 45min later it came. We had to stand out in 25°F.
I work for a lot that way overbooks. Was given a direct number to Juan a supervisor to call when we are being over booked so he can redirect the reservations, but it just goes right to voicemail. Buyers beware. Call your lot day off arrival to be sure space is available and good luck getting anyone on the phone for a refund
Easy to book my Shuttle.. Gave good low prices like how got to compare. Will use again..
Parking was easy. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the rudeness of the exit attendant when I entered the self service lane & was told I had to go out the other lane.
Drivers are courteous and quick to help with a bag. Although it said I got a free car wash I wasnt offered by the register person to go get one and my guess is there would be some opportunity for an additional sale from Peachy, so I passed on the Free car wash.
Upon return from my trip I discovered that my vehicle had been backed into by another vehicle. I filed a police report on the premise and was given claim information but the Way staff. I was told they would review the cameras to see if they could discover the person that hit me. I called and was told manager would call me back...that never happened. I received correspondence from them stating that they were not at fault and offered apologies...thats it. Not even an offer for free days parking. Im out $200 for uninsured motorist fees.....NEVER parking there again.
Ive spent over half an hour trying to cancel a parking reservation at Thrifty Parking at PDX and only getting run a rounds since I dont have the original email confirmation file. I feel that Thrifty is much to blame, but they keep putting me on hold then returning with phone numbers that ultimately led me to Way but no resolution so far after another 30 minutes.Since I prepaid, I will now have to go to the credit card company to challenge the payment. Never again will I deal with either of these companies.
Drivers were nice... did notice anything wrong with the car after returning. Maybe bad experiences posted were on heavy travel days. Would use thrifty again.
I booked Atlanta airport parking dates for a week. The price quoted on line was the price I paid. No hidden fees, no additional charges. It ws a great experience, and I will book through them again.
This company charged me for a discount that was not honored by the merchant. I was charged $25 by way (for discounted parking) and an additional $37 by the merchant. The merchant explained that Way did not pay them and would not allow me to leave unless I paid them.Way explained that they cannot give refunds because of the pandemic. I guess their CC terminal contracted COVID19. Why would I want a credit for another discount that doesnt exist? They dont pay their merchant partners or refund their customers.The good reviews here are fake and this company commits fraud on a massive level.I found similar reviews for denied refunds all over the internet. Hope you saved enough cash for bail.
I picked my categories I was interested in and BAM... there they are. Nice app! Thought I Would miss Hangtime but this is better.
This was super easy to use and definitely the most economical option for long-term parking near Laguardia that I have found. However, our flight was very early and the shuttles werent running then so we took an Uber to the airport. Also, when we returned, we didnt want to wait the ~40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive so we took an Uber back to the lot as well. It was only about $10-$13 to and from the airport though so it wasnt that bad. I would use this again for sure!

I was happy with the way I was treated by this parking facility. It was outside parking, but thats okay with me. The people that the took care of me to care of me well. I would recommend way.com.
You just need to give more specific parking instructions but it was good. Convenient
Cool way to find events I like browsing, but I havent gone to any events.
So nice that now dont have to plan ahead. I can now just start and stop parking at my convenience.
