This is my first review for anything. My experience was so lovely that I can not stop myself writing. I was visiting Fremont to my my daughter. First I went to different place called patient service center 1999 mowry ave after seeing good reviews, But the reception lady was so rude not even answering my question so I left. Then I find out this place reviews were not as good as the other one but when she heard that I am visiting here not only she accommodate me but also she offered me to send my lab result to my house in Phoenix AZ, although I did not have appointment. Thank you so much Tess (hope I am pronouncing your name correctly) The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. I recommend this place.
When called to book appointment, automated voicemail clearly says no appointment required. But lady at front desk denies that and gave me San Ramon address to go and give test over there which is 50 mins away from that location. Didn’t even bothered to listen anything else. Complete lack of customer service. I wouldn’t pay a penny for this service If i am paying it from my pocket.Need better management guys!!
This office is by appointment only. My appt was at 10:45 and I checked in at 10:48am in my car, I was seen at around 11:10 am and the blood test was under 5 minutes long. So the wait isnt too bad. However, i did need to schedule my appointment around 2-3 weeks in advance.The technician who did my exam was friendly and straightforward. It was painless as well.
I just left Labcorp on Mowry in Fremont. Tess was friendly and helped me walk through the appointment process. She is such a professional! I’ve been here multiple times and I’m always in and out quickly with the best service. Trust me this place is a five star organization. Try it.
WORST Laboratory Service for the patients.My Dr. recommended few tests in Labcorp, when checked online no appointments were available for next 15 days.I called Labcorp, lady informed me that you can come at 7:00 AM for walk in.I went there next morning at 7:00 AM and nurse RUDELY informed me that ‘I am not going to do your lab work, go to another Labcorp center.Her expressions were like ‘GET LOST’If you still want to waste your valuable time then you can visit this place.
By far one of the worst locations Ive been to. Company called in before hand, no appointment needed, I call the appointment line, no appointment needed....I walk in for my pee test with paperwork that clearly says LabCorp and the front desk lady gets an attitude and says appointment only. Even after being shown her companies paperwork and me playing the recording on her companies appointment line she still refuses to give me service and insists that I will have to make an appointment. What a complete waste of me and my companies time. I do not recommend going to this location. The lady working at the front said her name was Tes.... Watch out for Tes. She really doesnt like doing her job.
Even without an appointment, I was in and out in 10 minutes for a Covid antibody test. The lady was very nice, too. I also had the option to wait outdoors.
They used to accept walk-ins but starting 6/28/2021 it is an appointments only location. That is bad since I almost never find an appointment a week from when I check online.
I have seen a lot of negative reviews for Labcorp. But my recent visit to this location was fine. I didn’t have an appointment. But it didn’t seem to have people there the time I walked in. The check-in process was automated by self entering information on an ipad. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. A lady staff drew my blood professional. I was able to get in&out in about 10 mins. I would give it 5-star just based on my experience.

The lab associates are humble, engaging and friendly. Had a hassle free 3 hour test and they kept us engaged. It is friendly and Danielle and one more associate ( could not get her name ) were good

Wasted my time before telling me I needed an appointment. Unfortunately nothing lines up when you call ahead they tell you the opposite. Poor service unclear messages I wouldn’t use this service if it was my money
Upon arrival the reception was handled by one of the lab personnel. She informed us we needed to sign in but did not direct us to the sign in machine located in the corner of the room. If you have not been to the location before, the sign in process is not familiar, nor is it obvious. She did this with each visitor and all of them remained confused until it was elaborated on.When the receptionist arrived things seemed to go smoother. Her name was Danielle and during my visit I witnessed her handling a difficult visitor. From my experience with customer service and security, I felt she handled it exceptionally well.I was called back pretty quickly to take my test, though the facility in which I was sent was very unsanitary. Being a woman, that is often a big deal. Danielle was very kind again, and offered me what I needed to feel more comfortable.I would prefer not to have to visit this location due to sanitary reasons but Danielle made the experience manageable.
I came here on Halloween to take a drug test for work. I had all my paperwork with me including other forms of I.D including my passport, social security card, birth certificate, green card, bank check with my address pay stub etc. I brought all these documents for proof of identity purposes just in case because I had lost my I.D. First off the girl at the front was rude. She didnt want to help me at first because I brought my sister whos 12 years old and she said she wasnt allowed to wait in the waiting room because shes a minor. Okay I understand that so I said Id have her wait in our car which was right outside the office because I needed to do this as soon as possible. Then when I didnt have my California I.D because I lost it and I was waiting for my new one to come in the mail, she wouldnt take none of my other photo identifications which was frustrating because I brought all the proof I could possible have to prove my name and address. She specifically told me she couldnt accept anything because it must be a California state issued I.D or drivers license even though I had other forms of photo identification. Ive never heard of such thing. She really pissed me off! I called customer service when I left and they told me that she shouldve accepted me. I went to the location in Hayward the same day and had no problem at all. Everything went fast and smooth. Im giving this place 1 star for my experience here and the fact of how inconvenient it was for me to drive all the way to Hayward when I literally live around the corner from this mowry office!

Automated phone service said no appointment required. Someone put a drug screen by appointment only sign on the check in kiosk. Seems like each worker runs their location as they see fit. Also very rude
I came in 2 mins late to my appointment, the receptionist said i have to come back tomorrow . I asked her the reason, she was not even looking at my face & kept saying come back tomorrow . I had to finish work & rush to do my labwork, I am even OK that I had to come back again but lap person could have explained why she cannot do it in a proper way .
I was horrified by the service... A word to the personnel. #1. The patients are not obliged to know that there is a sign-in machine somewhere in the corner; most are used to interact with a receptionist. So dont treat your customers as idiots. #2. If you dont know how to do medical administrative work, ask a more experienced colleague rather than trying to make a scapegoat out of the customer. #3 (but should be the first!). If you cannot palpate a vein in a 6-month babys arm, DO NOT PROCEED with the needle, for Gods sake! This is sadistic!
The reception lady was no help to us at all, she literally roller her eyes at my wife when she asked her a simple question. If you have thoughts about coming here, Id suggest you go somewhere else. The receptionist attitude is not worth coming here at all.
Came here for my drug test for a job.Got called up, checked by a technician, did my thing in a private bathroom, thanked them, left.Got cleared for the position a week or two later. Pretty simple when you dont have anything to hide.

AVOID unless you like to be treated abusively.I went here a few months ago and had a horrible experience with Kourosh. First, I had to wait 20 minutes even though I was the only person in the office. His tone throughout my visit was rude and condescending. For example, during the blood collection he said something to me which was unintelligible. When I asked him politely to repeat himself, he barked back a response angrily. I understand that not everyone has a perfect English accent, but being yelled at for not understanding is completely unacceptable.On the other hand, the other person who Ive seen at this office was fairly efficient and not-unpleasant. Sadly, my experience with this one employee was so bad that I wont be returning to give them a second chance.
Dont even try to call them
I couldnt print 1 sheet of paper because Im a traveling worker and dont have access to a printer. I asked them if I could email them the form so they could print it and they sent me away. I was a half hour early and didnt feel like that was a rediculous request.
