My husbands 2nd visit in 2 yrs. I thought he learned the 1st time. But this isnt a bald fade, you can clearly see the line of separation. My hubby usually cuts his own hair but since I get mad at cleaning up the mess I made him go to a barber, and so after paying $35, he still does not seem to have a haircut so it seems like Ill be cleaning my restroom again tonight after hes done fixing his hair.Adding 6 days later: now look at what a real haircut looks like😎

I’ve been going here since 2007/8. Been a regular. Been getting amazing cuts. But the professionalism isn’t there with some of the barbers. There have been NUMEROUS times where I’ll be waiting for 15 - 20 minutes past my appointment time to get cut, and 2 occasions where I show up and the barber wasn’t even there. One of those times was the early morning time slot. I showed up at 8:55am for my 9 o’clock appointment. Waited till 9:50. No one showed up.Recently, I booked a 5 o’clock appointment by phone. I get a phone call from Josh saying their “system” was messed up, and that I could get a 4:30 slot or a 5:30 slot on the same day. I said 5:30 was fine. I get a call at 5:10 asking where I was, I said my appointment was changed to 5:30. Steve, the barber on the phone, said it wasn’t. I told him Josh rescheduled my appointment. Josh then got on the phone and said that the system was messed up, he had double booked me, even though I was already on Steve’s schedule. So he assumed I would go in at 5 for Steve, so he booked another person for the 5:30 time slot that he put me down for. WITHOUT reaching out and notifying me…? I told them I could get there in 10 minutes if Steve was ok with that, Steve understandably didn’t want to wait.Either way, I’m done. You would think they would be a little more apologetic to someone who’s been a customer for so long. First review I’ve ever written, and I feel bad doing it cuz the owner is a really nice guy and has been making improvements and trying to make it more professional. But this was the last straw for me 🤷🏾‍♂️

Best cut I’ve had in a long time

Pretty sure the chatty barber I got didnt want to take my amex to save a few bucks so told me it was busted.... Dont think Ill be returning ever.

Joe and his Father are true American barbers. They both take their time paying attention to the smallest of details creating a artistic take on hair stylings. Any Barber that uses a razor to finish the line up for additional detail is a rare find. And Joe does this naturally. Totally worth the visit. Go see him and his father. You will not regret it.Final notes... They are pro-military. So my fellow service members tell them SGT Galloway sent you.

Juan is vvc very friendly and easy going. He did a great job cutting my hair. My wife thought I looked good and what better endorsement is that?

The guys are great. Only downside is no punctuality, good luck if youre a walk in. I would recommend making an appointment at least 4 days in advance and avoid the first appointment of the day, like I said, no punctuality. Make an appointment and your golden

Don is very good person. Every time i bring my 12 year old & 9 year old sons at this place. They love his hair cuts. Don is fast with appointment and he spend more time on each and every customer. no rush even if they young kids. He treats everyone with respect. I recommend don barber shop in fremont.

Extremely good haircut. The one problem is the atmosphere. Its not very kid-friendly. There are people drinking alcohol sometimes. The wait time is also long. I suggest making an appointment an hour in advance. Overall a great place to get amazing haircuts.

After trying so many barbers in Fremont, I couldn’t be more happy with Don’s babershop. The staff is very friendly. I get my hair cut from Miguelina, she is an amazing barber.

Two good haircuts in a row from two different people. One was a younger woman on the end chair (Daughter?) and the other was a younger dude in the middle (David).Never had to make an appointment, rolled in on a Tuesday at lunch time and had either no wait or a short wait.I kept trying to go to the place down the street, but got sick of attempting to book an appointment 2 weeks out or blocking off my whole Saturday for their walk-in setup.

Walk in for beard trim and haircut. Asked Alberto for an undercut fade and it was very obvious that he struggled. I left with an uneven fade with lots of lines and chunks of the top of my hair missing where he had gone too high with the clippers. My beard was half finished with lots of hair on my neck and loose hair all over my face. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BUZZCUT.

First time here. I got lucky and they took a walk in with no wait. The dude who helped me did a great job. If i need a cut next time Im in the area, Im going to dons.

Worst experience and haircut. We had a function to attend and they cut my sons hair so poorly that if someone were to close their eyes and cut his hair it would have been much better. If it were possible I would give them zero stars. The lady that works here said that if you dont like the haircut then you dont have to pay but that wouldnt have fixed my sons hair. We will never go here again and recommend no one else does.
