I had my daughter engagement Party on July 23rd. Great place, delicious food and Best People. I give 💯. One of the best place in the Bay. Great customer service. All the 260 people were attended really enjoyed every moment. Book your event and you can’t go wrong. Thank you to Jamal jan and management for putting the beautiful event together. I really appreciated.🙏💯👍

Very good food and service!

We were at the small hall. The food was good. The hall was decorated in chandeliers with gold and red/burgundy carpet, walls and ceiling.

The royal palace is not that royal after all! I was invited as guest for a wedding party! The place itself looked nice but the service was just terrible! The waiters were lazy and just stand there watching a party. They set out only one glass per person on the tables, bring decanters with different drinks but never bring new glasses or at least take and clean used ones! I couldn’t find at least one clean glass, so I could enjoy my drink!! They took forever to clear the dishes out of the tables! Security was very rude as well! I am not recommending this place to anybody!

Garbage waste of money. Not a great place to do your wedding at, it was the worst experience of my life. BEWARE! Owner will steal your money, The owner is so unethical, and is only out for money.. When we booked this place, we wrote down all the wedding notes and have Jamal and Eman initial off on it. But on the day of our event, we got the total opposite. Unprofessional and rude. The bridal room was filled with trash from the decorations, the Air Conditioning is not maintained at all. If I could give negative stars I would! Don’t waste your money or time.

I had my daughter’s graduation party at this place. The service and food was great. Will consider it for the future events and recommend it to friends.

Very bad experience with these con artists. They took our deposit and refused to refund our money even though they cannot hold any events due to the Covid lockdown. We booked the venue and paid the deposit before any of the Covid restrictions were in place.. 10 months later they are still refusing to refund our deposit.

Great place for a wedding reception. Ravi was very helpful and considerate throughout the process in planning my brothers event. The food from the silver menu was delicious. The place looked so elegant, i recieved a lot of compliments. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for special events, it is spacious and also has a great space for dancing.

Nice hall. Loved the spectate food area . It was large .. can have a small party in there too. In the main hall what I didn’t like was that there are 2 large pillars blocking your view of the face floor . Doesn’t make sense as the back doesn’t have any pillars. Also this is a square design hall not rectangle

Wow, beautiful interior - I love the different rooms for the entrance with the bar, the seating and the food. The food was delicious! The set up reminded me of wedding palaces in India - hence the palace in the name. Lots of security outside, a little overwhelming but I understand after that crazy incident in the parking lot 😅 there are two party halls so good thing is parking lot is big enough for both parties.

Please dont pay am cash hr lying always if u have wedding. And have a very nasty food because he bringing from his. Zam zam market store which his in fremont blv. And the cheapst food

Beautiful hall, quite spacious, parking available, good team for different occassions. I went there for wedding reception party. Not sure about the food catering though.

The food was good and the venue is good, but I didn’t like the way they serve water and coke, and it was so hot.

Place looks gorgeous, not very sure about the food. But the look and feel sometimes is more yellowish. Should adapt more modern instead.

We had 2015 graduation party for 650 people in June at Royal Palace. Their service was excellent and very understanding. The manager Jamal was very friendly and pleasant to deal with him. I really appreciate their service. Thanks to Royal Palace Staff.

We had our wedding here this past May and I cannot thank this place enough! Virender and his team are seriously pro’s at what they do. We had our fusion indian wedding in the Majestic ballroom and it was perfect! The food & service were great! All our guests raved about the food! They were also very generous and accommodating to any last minute changes or updates! They are also affordable for a wedding venue! I am so happy we went with Royal Palace!

They have 2 halls separated by a thin movable partition. No sound system. If you do not have music and the other hall has music, it can be a pain. Very expensive catering. We decided to go to India Community Center in Milpitas. Bigger, nicer and cheaper and not that much far from this place.

Great place to do parties and plenty of parking spaces.

They lie about everything to get your booking, The contract you sign is useless, I give them 0 star they messed up our party! We paid for 7 security guards and some lame as kid showed up wearing a hat backwards. Virender and jamal the owner are frauds !

Too much noise from adjacent banquet halls, wouldnt recommend for kids birthday parties
