Ken Hudson was great, on time and very professional. He made sure I get the service I need and update in details of the service. Kudos to the entire guess service staff as well. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only comment I would recommend is for the mechanic who works on the cars. They should pay attention to their hands, shoes as well as the tools they use to work on the car and not to leave marks. I know the mechanic have to wear thick sole boots when sitting on the driver chairs the had their foot on the metal bars between the door and it scratches the metal parts. As a driver I never and I don’t think anyone would put their foot there unless they have to sit side way with their leg/foot rest on the edge with the door open. Was very disappointed with the scratches.The customer service is always great though. Keep up the good work Ken and team.

The service advisor looked at all the listed scheduled maintenance and because the car has not been driven that much due to covid-19, removed some of the not needed costly replacement. Great to have the advisor watching out for you and do what is best.

The pick-up&delivery service was great. I was planning to pay some tips when the two guys return my car on the second day. But two different people came on the second day. Regret that I did not pay any tips to them finally.

If you want to wait over 1.5 to 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up/delivery service for the employee to meet you, then this is the place for you. No calls or messages from Fletcher Jones at all and I had to call them myself at 10:00am to ask if they were even on their way. Only then did they tell me they are running 1.5-2 hours behind. This company does not value the importance of time management or basic customer service.

I had my appointment scheduled for my cars first service.I gave list of issues I was facing. guy promised me to pick up by 3 pmwhen I called in to make sure around 3 pm to pickup my car they said, they did not get chance to look into my car.your car wont be ready by Monday.I was like for real.what does then booking appointment means?since last week I am thinkingwhy I booked appointment till today I am not able to understand.worst part when I went there to pick up my car. no one mentioned me regarding how they fixed issues what I reported. when I asked the cashier lady she said no one is going to come, you have to read your report your self. (means I have to be pro to understand resolution of issues)but funny thing when I read the report it says unable to reproduce to all my issues.if they were not able to reproduce then at least they should have tried calling me. instead of wasting my 3 days.and I am still facing all those issues.POOR SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.I am sure next time I ll pick some another Mercedes Services Station.

Superb service; however, I do wish everyone would get tire pressures right. Was 29 psi all round when I got home. Should have been 32. Seems like no matter where you go, they all get it wrong.

I have been sending my cars to this dealership to get served 20 years now. Their service department is great. From the moment you drive up to the service bay until you pick up your car after the service is completed, you are treated courteously and with respect. Service adviser, in my case it is Moe, knows Mercedes inside out. They have shuttle to send you places you need to go and pick you up when the service is done. I’m stuck with them! :)
