I had a very courteous experience with the service from The Shop.Even after he told me that he has a busy day with appointments, he was accommodative and could look at my issue when I just barged in the first thing in the morning. I am happy to say that The Shop did a great job on my VW Hybrid. Replacing the transmission for this model is difficult but they did with no problems.
