Saddened by the recent new of Avis recent passing. He died unexpectedly. He was a terrific man, always positive with a calm demeanor; a very experienced BMW mechanic. He really understood the glitches, quirks, and annoyances of dealing with older BMWs. He always was honest and did fantastic work on my E39 ...my deepest condolences to his family and friends. You are missed.

Edit: my original review for a steakhouse was here. Avi is very fair and honest. I like a mechanic who can explain to me where my money is going. I will never take my car to the fremont BMW dealer ever again. Top Quality was a little over half the price and 1/10th the wait time.
