We called and were told they were available next day. Well an hour or two later Tony called saying he could come that day. Tony came, wore a mask, and got everything checked out and fixed. He explained everything and helped make sure we preserved the age of our washer. Great service!

So nice and helpful! My Bosch washing machine stopped working when it was filled with water and my clothes were locked inside. The guy who answered gave me instructions over the phone (twice--because I called back for further clarification) and helped me fix the problem myself. Amazing. If I ever need a repair, I will always call them first.

Another vote of love and devotion to Appliance Repair Fremont. He was on time, cheerful, went straight to work, and diagnosed the problem with my Maytag stack washing machine. We made a return appointment and out the door he went. He returned on time, with the correct part, and yay, my machine is fixed! Not only that, while waiting for the washing machine to complete the cycle, he poked his head into my dishwasher to check the filter. He showed me how to remove it, clean it, and put it back in.

I have a support contract with another company. I had to wait 10 days for them to come to look at my non-functional refrigerator. Their repairman came, opened the refrigerator door, and without even looking at the mechanics in the back, told me it was a compressor failure (min $700) and recommended that I buy a new refrigerator ($1500-$2k).Considering the expense, I felt compelled to get a second opinion.I called Appliance Repair Fremont and the owner was able to come the same day, promising to be here between 4pm and 7pm. He called about 20 minutes ahead of his arrival and arrived at 5:20, with tools in hand and a friendly smile.Fedor opened the back of the refrigerator and tested it. Then he replaced the relay, explaining that if the problem was the compressor, it would run for a few minutes, then click off. If the problem was the relay alone, then the compressor, therefore probably the refrigerator, would be fine.He installed the new relay and plugged in the refrigerator. He stayed to verify everything was working for about 30 minutes and then helped me push it back into its cabinet position. The total time he worked at my home was 60-70 minutes. Combined with the cost of the new relay, sales tax, his time and service call, the entire bill came to under $200. My refrigerator and freezer are running as good as new. I am a very happy customer. I especially appreciate that he explained what he was doing and why, as well as the expected results. I highly recommend Appliance Repair Fremont to anyone.

Just wanted to spread the word & add another 5 star review!thanks to Goolge for directing me to Apliance Repair Fremont! & thanks Max for fixing our 10 yr. old washer in 15 MIN.!first i called another company who was able to come the next day within a 4-hour window but couldnt give me a quote over the phone. then i called Apliance Repair Fremont, he immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote for labor & parts & gave me a 1-hour window of time. though he wouldnt be able to come until 2 days later, i went with the latter of the 2 calls.my husband & i are very satisfied, would definitely call him when we have another appliance breakdown & highly recommend him to all our friends! i echo other reviewers, Max was friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. his price is reasonable.as romano l. stated, Max IS THE MAN!!!
