This company refused service to a family member based on their sexual orientation. While discussing a billing dispute with the staff, the receptionist mentioned they may be able to contact a church for financial assistance for heating their home. Family member then asked if she knew any that would help out 2 guys that have been together for 28 years. She rudely informed him what her and her church think of his type and I was transferred to my account rep (who was out for the day) and was instead disconnected. The following day he called the emergency number on his propane tanks. The man that called him back argued with him over and over saying he could do nothing for his type or his kind. Sunrise then sent 4 state troopers to his house with sunrise staff to terminate his service and take back their propane tanks.Do not do service with a company full of bigots.

They dont really care about the small farmers. Therefore, they dont really care about my way of life and that of my neighbors.
