Recently we remodeled the staircase to our basement and I couldnt be much happier with how it turned out. Their staff was very helpful and quality was great! Cant wait to complete the basement flooring with the vinyl purchased here as well.

I just called to see if the store has a particular tile in stock. I was told to call back tomorrow, since the store closes at 5 pm. I shared I know what time the store closes but I just needed to know if the store carries the product so I can come in tomorrow. The sales associate who is a woman asked me hold and then we were disconnected. Wow!

I have only had great experiences here. This place is always so helpful. Customer service is top notch. In all my remodeling projects; I count on the them. It takes 15 min to find what I want and process the order. The quality is incredible! Will was super helpful and got the job done. I don’t dread ordering my floors anymore.

Chris was great. He didnt push sales. He gave great advice as to what was best for my flooring needs. Even let me bring his only samples home. He didnt have to do that. It was appreciated and I highly recommend them. And I didnt even get into the low prices.

Not sure why I see the negative comments. I was in there last week and purchased my flooring. Also, I was just in there again today because I needed a reducer. In my opinion, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I wish I got the guys name who helped me today because he was great.Thanks again !!

I loved this store, the staff members are super kind and they actually do their job. They help you choose the best floor for you and your home. The price of the floor here is super cheap compared to Home Depot and Lowes and the quality is so much better. They have solid wood floors here for 1 dollar. I recommend this store to everyone
