AMAZING customer service!!!!I had a large sculpture to be picked up, crated and delivered internationally. Arrow not only gave me the best quote BY FAR, they also went out of their way in dealing with the third party that had my sculpture. Incredibly professional, patient and a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who delivered the crate to my house commented numerous times about how impressed he was in the craftsmanship of the crate!Arrow made what is usually a very stressful, expensive,hassle..... an absolute pleasure!!!I would give them 5 more stars if I could!!!
