Where do I even begin. I found Pete randomly and entrusted him to repair a 1900s era pocket watch that has been in my family forever. He was fabulous in telling me what he was going to do how he was going to do it they kept me in the loop via text message and pictures the entire way. Not only did he get the watch running but he converted it for me into a wristwatch Which we never thought possible. I really like this place for any kind of watch service and especially for a battery change. Its conveniently located outside Macys on the 1st floor of the Freehold Raceway Mall. They do high quality work, quickly, and for a reasonable price. The staff is personable and professional. As a bonus, there is also a pleasant little coffee shop/stand diagonally across from them so you can even have a nice little snack while waiting for the work to be done.

Always greeted warmly by any member of the staff working here. Watch batteries replaced quickly. Minor jewelry repairs done on premises as you wait most times. Fair pricing on work done and very friendly.

This is my go to store for battery replacements, watch service, and removing watch links. Ive been going here for about 5 years. They have always been professional and courteous. I used to go to a local place in Howell, NJ, but the service and reliability is worth going to Watch & Jewelry Doctor in the Mall. They are very quick, and very easy going. Prices are fair, and based on everything they have done for me over the years, I dont mind the costs at all, which are fair and very competitive for what you are getting.They are a little kiosk in the mall, but they are very legit. Remember they have been there for 5 years at least for a reason. You can feel secure in anything you do here.

Brought my fathers watch to get repaired (smashed it in an accident). The person there reviewed the watch - restarted the hands and only determined that the back cover needed to be repaired. Took about 5 minutes and handed it back to me fixed. These people are honest and quick in the repair. Thanks for helping! I will be back when I need other repairs on my watches.

Stefan is amazing with jewelry - he has sized and soldered rings for me, done cleanings, etc., and theyre also great for changing car remote batteries, watch batteries, etc. I trust and recommend them 100% - Ive been going to them for at least five years and my father for many, many years before that.

I always use watch and jewelry doctor for all watch repairs and jewelry repairs. Visited recently and had a necklace that I wore everyday for over 20 years. They took it and fixed it within 2 minutes. They were soooo nice and generous. Honest and kind company. They made my night. I was afraid it could not be fixed.

Two separate jewelers said my bracelet would have to be soldered. I took a chance here and in about 45 seconds my bracelet was fixed (no soldering necessary) and I was charged nothing😇 Convenient quick and honest👍

Not a good watch repair shop to go to. Every time I bring a watch with a dead battery for them to replace they always say they put a battery in it and it doesnt work and its not the battery. Happened to me four times there. So I go to the fossil Im the Jackson outlets(since all the watches were fossil) they fixed every watch that the so called watch doctor couldnt. So obviously the staff there are extremely inexperienced or they use bad batterys. I would not recommend this place at all. Terrible place
